★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária horrivel. Pra alugar e te mandar boleto de aluguel, são bem ágeis. Agora pra encerrar contrato, querem te cobrar um absurdo, além de ser uma lentidão pra fazer os processos . Prestem bem atenção se for alugar com eles. Quando quiserem sair depois é só dor de cabeça. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.

Além de me oferecer inúmeras alteranativas (todas bem viáveis), acabou encontrado EXATAMENTE o apartamento que desejava!
Tudo isso em menos de 1 mês (com 1 mês, já estava morando lá).
Recomendo a TODOS, os serviços da Miguel Imóveis, especialmente da corretora Cristiane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem for alugar algum imóvel com eles , comparem muito bem o maldito laudo de vistoria com a realidade do imóvel, se não na hora de entregar, eles querem cobrar uma reforma geral, ai vc paga além do que tinha quando vc entrou.
Quando estamos iniciando o contrato são muito atenciosos, mas na hora do encerramento são canalhas, deixam uma mulher que não responde suas ligações, promete um mundo e não te ajuda em nada.
Não recomendo esse lugar , péssima experiência!!!.
Whoever rents a property with them, compare the damn inspection report with the reality of the property, if not at the time of delivery, they want to charge a general renovation, then you pay in addition to what you had when you entered.
When we are starting the contract they are very attentive, but at the end of the contract they are scoundrels, they leave a woman who doesn't answer their calls, promises a world and doesn't help you at all.
I don't recommend this place, bad experience!!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou proprietária de um apartamento localizado abaixo de um outro, por vez, administrado por esta imobiliária.
O apartamento de cima teve problema com encanamento e causou danos significativos no meu banheiro.
Entrei em contato com o administrador do condomínio e então com a Miguel Imóveis (11/04/22). Depois de vistoriarem o apartamento e constatarem a responsabilidade da imobiliária/proprietário, me disseram que como eu tinha pressa, para orçar com profissionais (encanador/gesseiro) e se o proprietário aprovasse, dariam prosseguimento. Como o encanador não dá garantia do serviço, e é exigência do proprietário, até o momento simplesmente nada foi reparado. 18 dias depois, ainda não tenho sequer previsão.
O meu apartamento teve suspensa uma proposta de locação e estou arcando com as despesas de condomínio enquanto preciso aguardar pacientemente que medidas sejam tomadas.
Não sou cliente dessa imobiliária e diante disso tudo não teria confiança em ser.
I own an apartment located below another, at a time, managed by this real estate company.
The upstairs apartment had a plumbing problem and caused significant damage to my bathroom.
I got in touch with the condominium administrator and then with Miguel Imóveis (11/04/22). After inspecting the apartment and verifying the responsibility of the realtor/owner, they told me that as I was in a hurry, to budget with professionals (plumber/plasterer) and if the owner approved, they would proceed. As the plumber does not guarantee the service, and it is a requirement of the owner, so far nothing has been repaired. 18 days later, I still don't even have a prediction.
My apartment has had a lease proposal suspended and I am paying the condominium expenses while I have to patiently wait for measures to be taken.
I am not a client of this real estate company and in the face of all this I would not have confidence in being.
