★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Mimoo Grátis faz parte de um projeto pioneiro que abriu lojas físicas em alguns shoppings importantes em São Paulo e Grande SP para distribuir mimos aos clientes, em parceria com grandes empresas que lançam novos produtos no mercado e querem ter o feedback dos clientes, Nestlé, Natura, Nivea, são só alguns exemplos de marcas parceiras da Mimoo.
A loja fica no 3° andar próximo a praça de alimentação e bem em frente ao Amor aos Pedaços do Shopping Cidade SP. Se você precisa retirar eu aconselho que chegue com alguns minutos de antecedência porque se formam filas ao redor da loja antes do período de abertura que é 13:30 o fechamento às 19hrs. O atendimento é feito por apenas dois funcionários portanto dependendo da fila pode ser que você precise esperar algum tempo, no entanto como os produtos são disponibilizados gratuitamente vale muito a pena. O marketing que a Mimoo faz com empresas parceiras na distribuição de produtos gratuitos/amostras pra que o cliente utilize e faça a avaliação é algo já conhecido, mas o fato de haver uma loja física pra este tipo de entrega facilita e também é um marketing bem positivo. A troca se dá através de pontos conquistados em missões no aplicativo que inclui produtos e códigos de barras de produtos usuais que todos temos em casa.

A loja é espaçosa e segue os protocolos de cuidados ao COVID-19, com identificação de espaço para as pessoas, uso de máscaras obrigatório para todos e presença de álcool em gel 70%.
Atendimento simpático e cuidadoso e com equipe sempre disposta a ajudar.
A ideia da loja é muita bacana e possibilita que muitas pessoas tenham a possibilidade de testar ótimos produtos.
As reservas de uso da loja e resgate dos produtos deve ser realizada pelo aplicativo, dessa maneira evitando o mínimo de contato possível com pessoas e evitando circulação de vírus.
Vale muito a pena conhecer a loja e sua ideia central!
