Resultado nosso telefone parou de funcionar com isso também ficamos sem internet. Nossa empresa depende dessa comunicação e nosso prejuízo é certo. Em pleno rescaldo de carnaval sem internet oi e sem telefone fixo. Já contatamos a oi e essa ficou de enviar um técnico para constatar o problema. Imaginamos que pelos menos uma semana ficaremos sem telefone e internet. Porque uma empresa ao fazer sua manutenção/instalação acaba por danificar o sistema da outra empresa?
On holiday 9/9 carnival tuesday Minastel was working on Juvenal Penna Street, climbing poles and handling wiring. Result our phone stopped working so we also got no internet. Our company depends on this communication and our prejudice is certain. In the aftermath of carnival without hi internet and no landline. We already contacted hi and that was to send a technician to find out the problem. We imagine that for at least a week we will be without phone and internet. Why does one company servicing / installing end up damaging another company's system?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior a cada dia mesmo....sem Internet (não é a primeira vez) e sem os canais da FoxSports. Ligo e a solução é desligar tudo da tomada e ligar só no outro dia...aí se não der certo que mandam um técnico. Brincadeira com a cara da gente isso...
