I am very sorry but at best we got a latte and a badly made syphon.
No explanation about the origin of the beans or anything to indicate "specialty" coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When visiting Copa I had cousins around so for their last day we went out to have breakfast together. While walking we passed by this cafe. Food is mediocre at best. We ordered a pain au chocolat, it came frozen. The eggs with bread is so tiny and the bread comes with holes and hard to chew .. food is frozen and they heat it up that’s it here ! I would expect better then that for the price. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite coffee shop in Rio! Visiting from LA there is no where with cold brew and good coffee but Mini Joe is the best! The food is very delicious too, I love their homemade chocolate cake ?The owner is so sweet too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is the point in having a beautiful set up for a very expensive cup of coffee if the most basic aspect of the execution is incorrect: ordered two cups of different filter coffees. They were ground soooooo course that they looked like the old fashioned Nescafé grains for home. So needless to say, both coffees tasted watered down and underextracted. Actually couldn't tell the difference in taste at all.
I've been meaning to come to this place for years now, as a Rio natural. There aren't that many places making specialty coffee. I'm really disappointed.
