Quando reclamei que tinham atrasado mais de duas semanas o reparo de uma lente, que me prometeram em uma semana, a funcionária me mandou um whats App dizendo que eu deveria fazer um óculos reserva, pois quem tinha um, não tinha nenhum.
Terrible attendance. They promise deadlines they cannot meet. When I complained that they had delayed more than two weeks to repair a lens, which they promised me in a week, the employee sent me a whats app saying that I should make a spare eyeglass, because whoever had one didn't have any.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja em que a vendedora se levanta para trancar os óculos que estava vendo e nem oferece atendimento.... Vergonhoso, me senti desrespeitado... Não é a primeira vez. Se já tiveram problemas com segurança, a solução não seria desconfiar do cliente.
A shop where the saleswoman gets up to lock the glasses she was seeing and doesn't even offer care .... Shameful, I felt disrespected ... Not the first time. If they already had security issues, the solution would not be to distrust the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim como outras unidades da Mitani, a do Shopping Morumbi também tem um pessímo atendimento ao cliente, vendedores despreparados e gerentes ausentes. Sou freguês da Mitani há mais de 25 anos e o trato com o cliente só tem deteriorado. Na minha última visita a loja do Shopping Morumbi, uma venda que deveria levar 2 minutos, compra de lentes de contato, passou de 15 minutos. Os vendedores querem que o cliente fique o máximo tempo na loja, ficam tentando empurrar o que o cliente não quer. E na hora de fechar a compra se "recusam" a emitir nota fiscal e terminar o pedido como manda a lei estadual e federal. Sai do Mitani com o produto, sem nota fiscal (exigida por lei) e completamente insatisfeito.
Like other Mitani units, the one at Shopping Morumbi also has terrible customer service, unprepared salespeople and absent managers. I have been a Mitani customer for over 25 years and customer service has only deteriorated. On my last visit to the Shopping Morumbi store, a sale that should have taken 2 minutes, buying contact lenses, took 15 minutes. Salespeople want the customer to stay in the store as long as possible, they keep trying to push what the customer doesn't want. And at the time of closing the purchase, they "refuse" to issue an invoice and complete the order as required by state and federal law. He leaves Mitani with the product, without an invoice (required by law) and completely dissatisfied.
