Terrible attendance! I was a Sergipe Web customer for years and now that the company has become a MOB, I can't cancel my plan because of loyalty, since... The other company said there would be no loyalty.. Bad company! I do not recommend!

Estou passando por transtorno todo mês e dessa vez já faz 3 dias que estou sem conexão, pois segundo eles “estão sem conseguir acessar o meu modem” , marquei a visita de um técnico e ninguém apareceu ou ligou… Na hora de pagar a fatura, tenho certeza que não vão descontar o péssimo serviço.
The worst experience with a provider. I'm having trouble every month and this time I've had no connection for 3 days, because according to them "they are unable to access my modem", I scheduled a technician to visit and no one showed up or called... I'm sure they won't discount the bad service.
