★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa que já vi estou sem internet a dias todo eu espero o técnico ele alegam está chegando e nunca,fazem nada vou entrar com ação indenizatória contra essa empresa,e diz e a internet do comandante,eles tem que sentir no bolso mesmo o desrespeito com o cliente.
Worst company I've ever seen I have no internet for all days I wait for the technician they claim is coming and never, they do anything I will file a suit for damages against this company, and he says and the captain's internet, they have to feel the disrespect in their pockets with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lamentavelmente pessimo serviço de telefone, desde 5 semanas prometeram ja 5 vezes de instalar o telefone e nada, o telefone de atendimento o maior tempo ocupado, o atendimento na pagina web nao funciona e o atendimento whatsapp nao consegue resolver nada

Terrible operator does not have physical service the 0800 does not complete the call they bought tnet no support is given we were 03 days without internet there was no way for anyone to call very bad I want to cancel I don't even know how because there is no viable number to contact it's unbelievable

Devido com seus clientes.muito constrangedor o que passei com vocês (MOB TELECOM) Desligaram meu fornecimento de internet ,sem ao menos dar uma satisfação, e porem até exato momento, mim encontro sem internet,
Irei atras dos meus diretos como comsumidora, e aqui deixo o tipo se responsbilida a mob tem e falta de respeito c os seus clientes.
Horrible... I'm a former T.NET client, a company that Mob bought and didn't buy with the responsibility. Due to your customers. What I went through with you (MOB TELECOM) is very embarrassing.
I will go after my rights as a consumer, and here I leave the type if the mob is responsible and lacks respect for its customers.
