★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou morador desse local há mais de dois meses, é um local excelente, muito bem localizado e agradável. A limpeza é regular, sempre vejo o ambiente limpo, não tenho do que reclamar.
Minha sugestão é sempre visitarem pessoalmente, que tenho certeza que a impressão será ótima !

I have lived in this place for over two months, it is an excellent place, very well located and pleasant. Cleaning is regular, I always see the environment clean, I have nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrível, em péssimo estado de conservação e o atendimento é todo de má vontade. Cobram um valor abusivo de luz, o relógio parece alterado e não fazem nada. Se quiser um lugar que fede à gordura dos restaurantes que tem embaixo e cheio de baratas, deve se hospedar lá.
Horrible place, in very poor condition and the service is all grudgingly. They charge an abusive value of light, the watch looks altered and do nothing. If you want a place that stinks of the fatness of the restaurants below and is full of cockroaches, you must stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é bem localizado mas é muito sujo, a lavanderia está cheio de lixo, portas, sacos, prateleiras e afins. É comum a presença de baratas e o cheiro não é muito bom. Não existe organização no prédio e pelo que parece eles não investem em móveis novos nem na estrutura do próprio, apenas em tinta para o interior. O atendimento é muito bom mas demoram muito para resolver as coisas.
The place is well located but very dirty, the laundry room is full of garbage, doors, bags, shelves and the like. Cockroaches are common and the smell is not very good. There is no organization in the building and apparently they do not invest in new furniture or in the structure itself, only in paint for the interior. The service is very good but it takes a long time to resolve things.
