★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja muito agradável, arquitetura e decoração bem aconchegante. Os vendedores são prestativos e atenciosos. E o preço é bem justo pra nossa realidade atual, sem deixar de prezar pela qualidade. Mas o estacionamento é muito apertado para as SUVs da região, os carros literalmente não cabem na vaga, ficam sobre a linha, mesmo que sejam compactos, um Onix 2022 por exemplo, não cabe.
 Very nice store, very cozy architecture and decoration. Sellers are helpful and attentive. And the price is very fair for our current reality, without neglecting to value quality. But parking is very tight for SUVs in the region, cars literally do not fit in the space, they are on the line, even if they are compact, an Onix 2022, for example, does not fit.

Comprei a montagem, paguei mais caro do que outras do mercado e tive um serviço pior (sério, nunca compre a montagem deles, busque serviços independentes. Custa mais caro e vem só uma pessoa pra montar um movel enorme, enquanto em outras vem duas pessoas por um preço menor). Depois disso tudo o móvel estava com defeito, mais um mês pra eles responderem. O atendimento é PÉSSIMO, não respondem direito nem o Reclame Aqui. Aí pra conseguir que eles mandem alguém pra fazer a troca da peça, precisei reclamar mais vezes. Postei sobre isso nas redes sociais e recebi muuiitaaa gente concordando que tiveram problemas diversos com a Mobly, foi impressionante. No final não recomendo, eu jamais compraria de novo.
I bought a china cabinet, it took a century to deliver. I bought the assembly, paid more than others on the market and had a worse service (seriously, never buy the assembly from them, look for independent services. It costs more and only one person comes to assemble a huge piece of furniture, while in others it comes two people for a lower price). After that, all the furniture was faulty, another month for them to respond. The service is TERRIBLE, they don't respond right or Complain Here. Then to get them to send someone to exchange the part, I had to complain more often. I posted about it on social media and got a lot of people agreeing that they had different problems with Mobly, it was impressive. In the end I do not recommend, I would never buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma imitação bem ruinzinha do Tok stok e Etna. Funcionários dispersos, só o Gabriel que estava atento o tempo todo, apesar de ser um horário tranquilo. Muitos móveis, muitos mesmo com etiqueta dizendo que não havia mais aquele produto, muitas coisas caras e com qualidade bem prejudicada. Localizada num lugar excelente, bom estacionando, excelente espaço, mas falta aconchego.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitas vezes nós temos a necessidade de "tocar" as coisas para ver a qualidade, pude satisfazer essa necessidade na MOBILY, local agradável com muita variedade de móveis com preço Justo, se você estiver procurando móveis é ali muito que provavelmente você irá encontrar, quero só colocar uma possível melhoria: O café fica no final da loja, poderia ser colocado no meio, pois só fiquei sabendo dá existência dele quando finalizei as compras. A MOBILY, lembra bem o formato das lojas da IKEA em proporções menores. Recomendo!
We often have the need to "touch" things to see the quality, I was able to satisfy this need at MOBILY, a nice place with a lot of variety of furniture at a fair price, if you are looking for furniture it is very likely that you will find it there, I want to just put a possible improvement: The cafe is at the end of the store, it could be placed in the middle, because I only found out about it when I finished shopping. MOBILY reminds me of the format of IKEA stores in smaller proportions. I recommend!
