★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja. Não recomendo. Comprei um sofá em jsn/21, paguei a vista, com promessa de entrega em 45 dias. Entretanto não entregaram o produto e não devolveram o dinheiro. Acessei o Procon e estou aguardando retorno.
 Bad store. I do not recommend. I bought a sofa in jsn / 21, paid in cash, with a promise of delivery in 45 days. However, they did not deliver the product and did not return the money. I accessed Procon and I'm waiting for a return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de um sofá e um puff na Victória móveis entretanto os produtos não foram entregues. O dono da loja chamado Ronaldo é um mentiroso e picareta. Não comprem nessa loja infelizmente eles não entregam a mercadoria. Fiz um boletim de ocorrência na PM.
I bought a sofa and a puff at Victoria Furniture however the products were not delivered. The store owner named Ronaldo is a liar and a swindler. Do not buy from this store unfortunately they do not deliver the merchandise. I did a police report in the PM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 24/10/2020 eu comprei uma mesa, que segundo o vendedor seria entregue ANTES do natal.
Hoje é dia 29/04/2021 e ainda não recebi a mesa (nestes meses me prometeram umas 5 entregas). Já falei que quero o estorno do pagamento mas ele se recusa a entregar e/ou devolver o dinheiro...
Essa foi absolutamente a pior compra que já fiz na minha vida.
On 10/24/2020 I bought a table, which according to the seller would be delivered BEFORE Christmas.
Today is 29/04/2021 and I still haven't received the table (in these months I was promised about 5 deliveries). I already said that I want a refund of the payment but he refuses to deliver and / or return the money ...
This was absolutely the worst purchase I have ever made in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na loja foram super compreensiveis e atenderam bem. Entretanto falaram que a entrega aconteceria em tal dia, mas depois não chegou. Tentamos ligar na loja, mas não houve retorno. Disseram que depois ligaram para nós, mas não há nenhuma ligação no histórico com o número da loja, gerente, ou atendente. Quando o produto chegou em casa, veio com a cor errada e uma semana depois do prazo. Além disso o atendente foi incompreensivel no telefone e ficou nervoso sendo que o erro não foi do cliente, mas sim da loja.
At the store, they were super understanding and served well. However they said that the delivery would happen on that day, but later it did not arrive. We tried to call the store, but there was no return. They said they later called us, but there is no link in the history with the store number, manager, or attendant. When the product arrived home, it came in the wrong color and a week after the deadline. In addition, the attendant was incomprehensible on the phone and was nervous since the error was not the customer's, but the store's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NAO COMPRE NESSA LOJA!!! Paguei um painel a vista, no dia da entrega eles falaram que a fábrica atrasou na confecção, depois inventaram que foi feito na cor errada. Pedi o dinheiro de volta, mandaram um agendamento de TED e óbvio que o dinheiro não caiu. Agora estou fazendo um BO para tentar receber ou o dinheiro ou alguma outra mercadoria.
DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE!!! I paid for a panel in cash, on the day of delivery they said that the factory was late in making it, then they invented that it was made in the wrong color. I asked for the money back, they sent a TED appointment and obviously the money didn't fall. Now I'm doing a BO to try to receive either the money or some other merchandise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja. Uma verdadeira falta de respeito com os clientes. Comprei um sofá (à vista!!!!!!!) em novembro de 2020 e pediram para eu esperar até 20 de Janeiro no máximo. Assim, desfiz do meu sofá antigo na data próxima a 20 de janeiro e aguardei o meu sofá novo chegar. O sofá não chegou e ninguém me deu satisfação de nada e eu tive que ligar umas 300 vezes na loja e ficar implorando o dono da loja para conseguir um contato. Depois me pediram mais um prazo de 15 dias e eu aguardei, dando um voto de confiança. De novo não chegou e mais uma vez eu fui atrás do dono (Ronaldo) para saber sobre o meu sofá e ele disse que a fábrica não entregou (a desculpa da moda é a pandemia) e que me devolveria o dinheiro com correção de 1,2% ao mês. Acontece que ninguém depositou o dinheiro na minha conta e cada hora é uma desculpa. Eu cheguei no meu limite de estresse com essa loja. Até hoje 23/02/2021 sem sofá e sem meu dinheiro pago à vista. Não entendo porque a loja está funcionando até hoje. É um absurdo! Não comprem!
Bad store. A real lack of respect for customers. I bought a sofa (in sight !!!!!!!) in November 2020 and I was asked to wait until January 20th at the latest. So I got rid of my old sofa on the date around January 20 and waited for my new sofa to arrive. The couch didn't arrive and nobody gave me any satisfaction and I had to call the store about 300 times and beg the store owner to get in touch. Then I was asked for another 15 days and I waited, giving a vote of confidence. Again it did not arrive and once again I went after the owner (Ronaldo) to find out about my sofa and he said that the factory did not deliver (the fashion excuse is the pandemic) and that he would return the money with a correction of 1, 2% per month. It turns out that nobody deposited the money in my account and every hour is an excuse. I reached my stress limit with this store. Until today 23/02/2021 without sofa and without my money paid in cash. I don't understand why the store is still working today. It's an absurd! Don't buy!

✓Não entregam na data acordada.
✓Entregam produtos com defeitos.
✓ Não segue a risca sobre cores de móveis estabelecidos em contrato.
✓ Não retornam às mensagens e ligações na maioria das solicitações.
Minha compra foi realizada ano retrasado e até o momento não recebi o que comprei de acordo com o contrato. Não indico á ninguém.
Bad deal!

✓Delivery defective products.
✓ Does not follow the stripe on furniture colors established in the contract.
✓ Do not return messages and calls in most requests.
My purchase was made last year and so far I have not received what I bought according to the contract. I don't recommend it to anyone.
