After sales service a disaster. Less than 15 days ago I bought a sofa that does not technically match what was delivered and no one finds a solution to the problem. They just suggest I have a couch that doesn't fit in my living room and pay for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu único problema está sendo o contato pós-venda, o contato informado não funciona, tão pouco o descrito em nota 3223-1459. Tendo em vista que o meu contato é referente a um problema ocasionado pela transportadora, esperava um pouco mais de atenção por parte da Modalli.
My only problem is being the after sales contact, the informed contact does not work, nor the described in note 3223-1459. Given that my contact refers to a problem caused by the carrier, I expected a little more attention from Modalli.
