★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha sogra fez uma compra no dia 31 de agosto de 2018 para ser entregue com 45 dias. Os móveis foram entregues após 70 dias e com avarias. Foi solicitada a troca, e até hoje dia 19 de Março de 2019 Estamos aguardando o novo móvel. Como se já não bastasse, não conseguimos contato com a loja nem através de e-mail nem através de telefone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um rack em novembro, entregaram em dezembro, e quando o montador veio mau bateu no portao e quando abri ele ja estava indo embora, como viu que eu abri voltou e comecou a montar disse que tinha que quebrar e fazee outra parede kkkkkkk colocou varios defeitos mais continuou mintando quando foi colocar na parede nao pediu ajuda e o movel caiu no chao danificando duas pecas e o montador i formque era 45 dias para troca e la se vai seis meses esperando, entao resolvi ir ao procon que entrou em contato com a loja dois dias depois veio outro montador desmontar e falou qur no final da tarde quando as pecas chegarem ia voltar para montar e ja fazem tred dias que tem pecas espalhadas por toda a sala esperando o montador. Isso e um absurdo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Home em maio de 2016. Entregaram-me em junho. Até aqui tudo bem. A saga começou quando eu passei a esperar o montador. A vendedora me disse que a loja entraria em contato para agendar o dia da montagem. Passaram-se dois meses e nada feito. Em agosto, voltei a loja e falei novamente com a vendedora. Marcaram comigo três vezes, duas vezes não foram e também não deram satisfação. E na terceira tentativa, o montador veio e para minha surpresa quando ele abriu a caixa, descobri que mandaram o móvel diferente do que comprei. Fui a loja, falei com a gerente e ela sugeriu que trocasse por outra cor. E ai..Como um estabelecimento vende um móvel que não possui? Tenham muito cuidado ao comprar nesta loja.! Não recomendo, a não ser que você queira comprar um problema e ter muita dor de cabeça ou até mesmo enfartar.!!!!!

PRA VENDER FOI RÁPIDO E PRATICO MAS, PRA RESOLVER OS PROBLEMAS QUE TIVE COM OS MÓVEIS FOI UMA DIFICULDADE.
WORST SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN AS LITTLE SERVED IN A STORE AS THIS.
TO SELL WAS FAST AND PRACTICAL BUT, TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS I HAD WITH FURNITURE WAS A DIFFICULTY.

Fui a um a das lojas na rua do aragão, para comprar uma mesa de jantar. Entrei na loja e fui muito simpaticamente atendida pela vendedora Elisabeth, muito empolgada para vender. Comprei a mesa (a vista) no dia 16/04, como também paguei pela entrega e montagem.
Primeiro ela me prometeu montagem no feriado dia 21/04. Mesmo eu perguntando se de fato seria possível, ela respondeu: "não se preocupe, nós damos um jeito.
Depois, alterou várias vezes o dia de entrega, ninguém da loja entrou em contato comigo para agendar e nada, e de surpresa o entregador me lliga já no meu bairro dizendo que estava indo fazer a entrega. Eu no trabalho, assim como meu esposo também. Precisei de última hora, incomodar um vizinho para que recebesse.
E a montagem, foi outra resenha. E por fim, liguei na loja cancelando a montagem por conta da loja e eu pagaria alguém por fora para montar. Assim, foi feito.
Liguei diversas vezes para solicitar meu reembolso, já mandei diversas mensagens no celular da vendedora (que não me responde), e fui PESSOALMENTE NA LOJA, deixei xerox do recibo (porque não me deram NOTA FISCAL), meus dados para depósito e meu telefone pra contato. E ATE HOJE, NÃO TIVE NENHUM RETORNO DA LOJA. NENHUMA SATISFAÇÃO, NENHUM POSICIONAMENTO. TOTAL DESRESPEITO PELO CLIENTE E FALTA DE EMPATIA. JAMAIS COMPRAREI NESSA LOJA NOVAMENTE E NÃO INDICO NEM PARA MEU INIMIGO (SE EU TIVESSE). FOI MINHA PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA COMO CONSUMIDOR. EU SÓ QUERIA MEU REEMBOLSO, POR UM SERVIÇO QUE NÃO FOI PRESTADO PELA EMPRESA, POR FALTA DE PLANEJAMENTO E ORGANIZAÇÃO DA MESMA.

AND UNTIL TODAY, I HAD NO RETURNS FROM THE STORE. NO SATISFACTION, NO POSITIONING. TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER AND LACK OF EMPATHY. I WILL NEVER BUY IN THIS STORE AGAIN AND DO NOT INDICATE TO MY ENEMY (IF I HAD). IT WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE AS A CONSUMER. I ONLY WANTED MY REFUND, FOR A SERVICE THAT WASN'T PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY, LACK OF PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION.

Péssima empresa, funcionários te fazem de idiota, não cumprem o prazo de entrega e entregam produtos com avaria.
Comprei em maio, prazo de entrega de 30 dias, mas só me entregaram com mais de 60 dias após inumeras reclamações e promessas de entrega. Enquanto houvesse proxima semana eles prometiam entregar até o dia que fui la para pedir o dinheiro de volta (pagamento à vista) foi qndo marcaram a data da entrega. Porem no dia de receber uma funcionaria chamada Monica me ligou dizendo que se o produto tivesse algum problema eu aceitasse e depois eles trocariam em 20 dias.
Essa empresa de sofisticada nao tem nada! É uma fraude. Todo mundo da Rua do Aragão comenta que eles estão fechando loja e não entregam o produto.
