Falam uma coisa depois ninguem sabe quem falou.
E preços altíssimos para aluguel.
Não recomendo a ninguém que queira trabalhar com transporte
Bad service, bad facilities, total disorganization.
They say something later, nobody knows who said it.
And very high rental prices.
I don't recommend it to anyone who wants to work with transportation.

Me atenderam com educação, me passaram valores e uma lista de documentos. Separei os documentos coloquei em um envelope. Por algum motivo qualquer passei nesses comentários e vi gente caindo de pau nos caras...
Voltei, apesar dos comentários negativos, com os documentos solicitados. Como sou recém-habilitado com a definitiva não posso alugar um carro....
O senhor que me atendeu me explicou com educação, falou da restrição legal, pediu desculpas por não poder ajudar e ainda foi solidário... Não foi arrogante tampouco grosseiro.
A person referred me.
They attended me politely, handed me values and a list of documents. I separated the documents and put them in an envelope. For some reason, I went through these comments and saw people falling on guys...
I returned, despite the negative comments, with the requested documents. As I am newly qualified with the definitive I cannot rent a car....
The gentleman who attended me explained to me politely, spoke of the legal restriction, apologized for not being able to help and was also supportive... He was neither arrogant nor rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar não recomendo para ninguém, principalmente para motoristas de aplicativo pois te entregam o carro cheio de problemas e depois querem que vc divida a manutenção de um defeito pré existente
Bad place I don't recommend it to anyone, especially for app drivers because they give you the car full of problems and then they want you to share the maintenance of a pre-existing defect

Great service, no bureaucracy and total attention both on the phone and in person. Super recommended the company's services, it didn't take me even 40 minutes to do the whole process and get out of there with the car. Thanks to everyone at the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT use this place. Extremely dangerous cars. We had a large group so needed to rent three cars. After doing the paper work they told us the cars start with only enough gas to get to the very first Fuel station, absolutely empty. One had a tire that went flat over night, one had only one headlight. Going over 70km/h the cars shook violently. After seeing to poor conditions we checked the oil. One was completely empty. I was genuinely scared as I was driving my 2 year old niece in this car. STAY AWAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is cheap, but I don't think it's worth the hassle. The cars they rent out are super cheaply made. The first car we were given upon our reservation had no more tread left on the tires, the car hadn't been washed, the inside smelled like it had gotten wet and soured and the outside was dented and scratched everywhere. After requesting another we were given an "upgrade" to a VW GOL with no radio, and the 2 front windows electric. Not bad, much better than the first option for sure. But it was given to us without any fuel. And upon return, we didnt use all the fuel we put into it, but they refused to give us a refund or take out part from the extra hours we took to return. The only offer was an upgrade for the next time we rent with them. (They only have a company in Rio, so that was useless for us on our journey.) Other than that, fairly good experience, but I'm sure theres better out there
