Conclusão: perdeu o cliente, fui no super grill e sem nenhuma restrição

Pessimo atendimento da atendente eu mesmo comi em outro lugar eles pediram 2 parmegiana de carne 1 esta torrado o bife o outro pequeno. Muita demora para entregar os pratos . Não recomendo

Bad service from the attendant I even ate elsewhere they ordered 2 meat parmigiana 1 is roasted the steak the other is small. Too long to deliver the dishes. I do not recommend

No dia 28/02/2022 estive no Grill 19 Grelhados (Montana) do Shopping Internacional de Guarulhos e Fiz o pedido de um bife de frango a parmegiana e demorou muito tempo para ficar pronto. Conversei com a moça e ela disse que estava quase pronto, depois de 15 minutos voltei a cobrar meu prato, mas a resposta foi a mesma. Isto se repetiu mais 2 vezes sempre com a mesma resposta. Sinceramente pareciam que estavam me fazendo um favor. Não volto mais.
Honestly, it was bad. On 02/28/2022 I was at Grill 19 Grelhados (Montana) at Shopping Internacional de Guarulhos and I ordered a chicken parmigiana steak and it took a long time to be ready. I talked to the girl and she said it was almost ready, after 15 minutes I returned to charge my plate, but the answer was the same. This was repeated 2 more times always with the same answer. They honestly felt like they were doing me a favor. I won't be back.
