Vendedor não fez a venda, queria que eu chegasse para comprar, mas eu disse que estava decidindo e escolhendo um veículo... Ele mudou e disse que qdo quisesse voltava lá pra conversar. Estou ainda aguardando uma proposta que iria mandar por WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerente desinteressado e mal educado. Sequer se dirigiu ao cliente. Fez uma avaliação péssima do veículo: um compass nignt Eagles diesel 4x4 2018 com pouquíssima quilometragem. Veiculo muito bem avaliado na concessionária Toyota Grupo New land, pela Silcar, concessionaria GM e pela concessionaria Mitsubishi. Tentou reduzir ao maximo o preco dizendo q o veículo tinha riscos. É milagre um carro de 2018 q não tenha risco. Fui na loja Genesis do mesmo padrão na Virgílio Távora e tive outro tratamento. Já comprei duas Mercedes Benz C 180 e CLA 200 e depois troquei pelo compass jeep diesel 4×4 na new land conceccionaria Toyota, veículo mais condizente com as péssimas condições de ruas e estradas de Fortaleza, Ceara e Brasil. A vendedora é q tentou salvar a péssima
aparência da loja. Passarei longe dessa loja q faz tb por outra empresa do grupp blindagem. Vou preferir a DUO blindagem. Passar longe desse grupo q não sabe tratar com urbanidade o consumidor.
