★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de um par de alianças na loja Monte Carlos joias no shopping Rio Design Barra e ganhamos um cupom de desconto 50% no valor máximo de R$875,00 que deveria ser utilizado utilizado até o dia 05/10/2021. Nossa intenção com este desconto era comprar os brincos da nossa filha que vai nascer em uma semana. Só conseguimos ir hoje, dia 06/10/2021, e ao chegarmos no shopping, às 10:15, a loja ainda não estava aberta, e só conseguimos ser atendidos às 10:50. Explicamos a vendedora sobre o desconto, ela foi educada, informou sobre a data de validade que expirou e disse que iria ligar para a gerente da loja para ver se seria possível fazer algo. Ela ligou na nossa frente e a gerente da loja disse que "poderíamos utilizar o cupom desde que fosse utilizado o saldo total, ou seja, R$875,00". Minha indignação é que a gerente tinha a possibilidade de manter a validade do cupom, mas não fez isso porque queria ganhar o valor total do cupom, sem ter a mínima sensibilidade de entender que era uma compra especial, um brinco de uma criança que vai nascer em uma semana... Um casal jovem, primeiro filho, não temos o interesse de utilizar todo valor... Hora.. Se ela deu possibilidade de utilizarmos o valor total, por que não, abrir uma exceção para só utilizarmos o valor que precisamos?! Foi cruel, feio, e faltou tudo, empatia, carinho com o cliente que ficou esperando a loja abrir. Se a gerente dissesse que não seria possível, tudo bem, iríamos entender, passou o prazo. Agora, dar a opção do desconto só se utilizarmos o cupom no valor integral foi horrível.
Vamos fazer uma reclamação no Reclame aqui.
 I bought a pair of wedding rings at the Monte Carlos jewelery store at the Rio Design Barra shopping mall and got a 50% discount coupon at the maximum amount of R$875.00 that should be used until 10/05/2021. Our intention with this discount was to buy earrings for our daughter who will be born in a week. We only managed to go today, 10/06/2021, and when we arrived at the mall, at 10:15, the store was not open yet, and we could only be seen at 10:50. We explained to the salesperson about the discount, she was polite, informed her of the expiration date that had expired and said that she would call the store manager to see if anything could be done. She called ahead and the store manager said that "we could use the coupon as long as the full balance was used, that is, R$875.00". My indignation is that the manager was able to keep the coupon valid, but she didn't do that because she wanted to earn the full value of the coupon, without having the slightest sensitivity to understand that it was a special purchase, an earring for a child to be born in a week... A young couple, first child, we are not interested in using all the value... Time... If she allowed us to use the total value, why not, make an exception to only use the value that we need?! It was cruel, ugly, and everything was lacking, empathy, affection with the customer who was waiting for the store to open. If the manager said that it would not be possible, that's fine, we would understand, the deadline passed. Now, giving the discount option only if we use the full value coupon was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltou sensibilidade e empatia por parte da loja ao afirmar que só iriam ativar o cupom se comprássemos o valor máximo permitido. Se a negativa em usar o cupom fosse por ter expirado o prazo de utilização teríamos entendido, mas querer forçar uma venda em valor superior ao que nos propomos a pagar foi muito indelicado e vai totalmente contra ao marketing atual utilizado pela joalheria de que valorizam participar da história e lembranças de seus clientes…. Lamentável!!
The store lacked sensitivity and empathy when stating that they would only activate the coupon if we bought the maximum amount allowed. If the refusal to use the coupon was because the period of use had expired, we would have understood, but wanting to force a sale at a value higher than what we propose to pay was very impolite and goes completely against the current marketing used by the jewelry store who value participating in the history and memories of its customers…. Unfortunate!!
