★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, o serviço demorou bastante para ser feito referente ao sistema do ituran estar instavel, isso eu entendo sem problema nenhuma, agora o que me deixou mais chateado foi que estragaram minha borracha de verdaçao da porta do lado esquerdo, rasgando um pedaço, meu carro é um ford ka 2010, nao reclamei a loja pois sabia que seria negado, ja que nao me falaram nada a respeito, entao comprei uma paralela, mesmo assim ficou muito ruim, entao minha experiencia foi negativa infelizmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepcionista é muito simpática e prestativa, mas se você for colocar ratreador no seu carro nesta loja é melhor reservar um dia inteiro pois no mínimo irão gastar 3 horas do seu tempo para esse serviço...
Já coloquei, retirei e fiz manutenção em rastradores em alguns dos veículos que tive e com certeza absoluta essa loja foi a que mais demorou...
Não indico para ninguém.
The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, but if you are going to put a mouse in your car at this store it is better to book a whole day as at least 3 hours of your time will be spent for this service ...
I have already installed, removed and maintained trackers in some of the vehicles I had and absolutely this store was the one that took the longest ...
I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao instalar o rastreador, esqueceram de plugar a ventoinha, andei 5 kilometros com o carro e ele ferveu, só não perdi o motor, pois dirijo atento ao painel. Agora será q vou ter o ressarcimento do prejuízo, devido a pressão estorou o cano do radiador, acredito que não, vão alegar defeito mecânico em um carro revisado uma semana antes após ser retirado da agência.
Não apenas volto lá, como vou repensar se compensa colocar Ituran, se um seguro um pouco mais caro evitaria esse tipo de aborrecimento. Lamentável!

Now will I have the compensation for the damage, due to the pressure burst the radiator pipe, I believe not, they will claim a mechanical defect in a car overhauled a week before after being removed from the agency.
Not only will I go back there, but I'll rethink whether it pays to put Ituran in, if a little more expensive insurance would avoid this kind of hassle. Unfortunate!
