★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de reclamar da incompetência dos atendentes e proprietários da loja que na hora de vender prometem tudo mas na hora de montar os móveis são péssimos , péssimos.
Gastamos mais de e R$ 2000,00 na loja de uma só vez.
Informamos que para montagem só poderíamos receber a pessoa em casa aos sábados , o que não justifica a espera por um simples montador por 15 dias ou mais .
Ridícula atitude!

Na hora de vender prometem mundos e fundos e na hora de montar o cliente fica esperando até quando eles quiserem .
Meu bebê está para nascer e é capaz de chegar o dia e os móveis estão dentro de caixas .

Não indico a ninguém, péssimo atendimento, pagaria o dobro para não passar a raiva que estamos passando.

Compramos o quartinho da nossa filha em 08/09/18, quando o montador veio fazer o serviço a porta do guarda-roupa estava errada solicitamos a troca e estamos aguardando até hoje não entregaram a peça correta e nem deram previsão de resolver o problema. Já conversamos várias vezes com a Flávia e a vendedora Edneia que nos atendeu, mas não solucionaram o ocorrido. Como percebi em outros comentários tenho o mesmo a dizer, eles não estão nem um pouco preocupados para resolver um problema que é deles já que receberam o pagamento.
Simplesmente um pouco caso com o cliente.
Que como nós fomos lesados e iremos procurar nosso direito na justiça.

We bought our daughter's little room on 08/09/18, when the assembler came to do the service the wardrobe door was wrong we requested the exchange and we are waiting until today they did not deliver the correct part nor did they provide a solution to the problem. We have already talked several times with Flávia and the saleswoman Edneia who attended us, but they did not solve the situation. As I noticed in other comments, I have the same to say, they are not at all concerned to solve a problem that is theirs since they received the payment.
Simply a little affair with the customer.
That as we were injured and we will seek our right in court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja! Comprei o quartinho no dia 11/11/19 pagamento a vista, e eles foram me entregar dia 10/11. Agr eles estão enrolando pra fazer a montagem. Sendo no dia que comprei informei que precisava do quarto montado até dia 14/11. Eles ficam dando desculpa que são 30 dias corridos, mas no ato da compra eles informam outra coisa.
Já estou de 8 meses e o quarto do meu bebê não está arrumado!

Being on the day I bought it I informed that I needed the room set up until 11/14. They make excuses that they are 30 calendar days, but at the time of purchase they inform you something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 08/05/2021 compramos um berço multifuncional, um quarda roupa, um colchão e um Kit para berço com o vendedor Sr. Vânio. Como prometido os dois móveis e o colchão foram entregues e montados nos dias 14/05/21 e 15/05/2021, respectivamente. Já o Kit levamos no dia 08/05/2021 mesmo. Estamos satisfeitos com os móveis, com o comprometimento do Sr. Vânio e com a educação do montador Sr. Roberto. Deus os abençoe grandiosamente!!!! Ahhh... Agradecemos pelos pezinhos. ????
On 05/08/2021 we bought a multifunctional crib, a wardrobe, a mattress and a kit for cribs with the salesman Mr. Vânio. As promised, the two pieces of furniture and the mattress were delivered and assembled on 05/14/21 and 05/15/2021, respectively. Kit we took on 05/08/2021. Escrevo para relatar a grande satisfação que tive em comprar os móveis para o quarto de minha bebê nesta loja. A atendente Flávia foi extremamente solícita, tirou todas as dúvidas, atendeu de forma honesta e clara. Facilitou a questão do pagamento não exigindo todo o valor no ato da compra e informou um prazo de entrega que foi respeitado conforme o combinado. Quanto a montagem, outra surpresa, o montador foi extremamente rápido, recolheu todo o lixo gerado, varreu o ambiente e fez um checklist de todo o produto, porém infelizmente não recordo o nome.
Recomendo esta empresa e tomara que todos os atendimentos sejam ótimos que nem foi o nosso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sabem passar informação correta. Cobra a taxa do montador no ato da compra e depois não tem controle e cobram novamente. Recomendo não fazerem nenhum tipo de pagamento antecipado, caso venham a comprar nessa loja.
