ambas a compra e entrega foram perfeitas, pecaram em não entrar em contato com os clientes no momento que a loja fechou por conta da pandemia, para explicar o possível atraso e dar alguma posição / solução.
mas tudo se resolveu em menos de 1 semana agora que a loja está aberta novamente

both the purchase and delivery were perfect, they did not contact the customers at the moment the store closed due to the pandemic, to explain the possible delay and give some position / solution.
but everything was resolved in less than 1 week now that the store is open again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu nome é Roseli Santiago Martin e tenho contatado a loja desde dia 08/09/2021 sobre cancelar a compra realizada no dia 04/09/2021. O funcionário tem repetido sempre a mesma coisa, para eu aguardar a pessoa responsável pelo cancelamento se recuperar do COVID, ocorre que o tempo está passando e o prazo para entrega da cama, correndo. Já solicitei o e-mail ou WhatsApp da loja para formalizar por escrito a minha solicitação de cancelamento, já que entre a data da compra e o meu primeiro contato só se passaram 4 dias e o carão de crédito só precisa disso!!!! Enfim, infelizmente, ignoram a minha solicitação para forçarem a consumação da venda!!!
My name is Roseli Santiago Martin and I have been contacting the store since 09/08/2021 about canceling the purchase made on 09/04/2021. The employee has always repeated the same thing, so I can wait for the person responsible for the cancellation to recover from COVID, it happens that time is ticking and the deadline for delivering the bed is running. I've already requested the store's email or WhatsApp to formalize my cancellation request in writing, since between the purchase date and my first contact it's only been 4 days and the credit card only needs it!!!! Anyway, unfortunately, they ignore my request to force the consummation of the sale!!!
