O que eu mais gostei, foi o vendedor não ficar insistindo para fechar negócio com eles (que por sinal, eu odeio isso).
As condições de pagamentos são super facilitadas.
O vendedor Daniel Volpi e o gerente Marcel foram super humanos e educados.
Recomendo sem medo.

What I liked the most was the seller not insisting on closing a deal with them (which by the way, I hate it).

No momento de negociar, o gerente Marcel foi chamado pelo Daniel e consegui preço e prazo excelentes. Até agora a experiência foi ótima. É aguardar a entrega e montagem dos armários para confirmar que as cinco estrelas desta avaliação são merecidas.
Initially I was attended by the designer Daniel Volpi. He was very helpful and quickly arrived at my kitchen drawing, following the references I gave him. When negotiating, the manager Marcel was called by Daniel and I got an excellent price and deadline. So far the experience has been great. Wait for the delivery and assembly of the cabinets to confirm that the five stars in this evaluation are deserved.

Atendimento maravilhoso, paciente e super explicativo. O Marcel da uma super atenção e a experiência do Avelino nos ajudou muito com as melhores condições. Sem contar a Mirailde que não tem deixa com fome, de forma alguma. Extremamente atenciosa.

I made the first budget with them, researched in 5 more stores, 3 months later we came back and closed the deal.
Wonderful service, patient and super explanatory. Marcel pays super attention and Avelino's experience helped us a lot with the best conditions. Not to mention Mirailde that she doesn't have any hunger at all. Extremely helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoramos desde o primeiro contato... excelência em atendimento, o vendedor Daniel e o gerente Marcel... ambos muito solícitos. Porém o pos venda deixa muitoo a desejar. Os móveis foram montados com muitos defeitos, parafusos aparentes. E há 4 meses, não vieram arrumar ainda.
We loved it from the first contact... excellent service, the seller Daniel and the manager Marcel... both very helpful. However, the after sales service leaves a lot to be desired. The furniture was assembled with many defects, apparent screws. And 4 months ago, they still haven't come to fix it.
