★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível pela Uber eats! Pedido demorou quase duas horas pra chegar, peixe com cheiro estragado, passei mal, joguei tudo fora. Não recomendo, vou acionar a vigilância sanitária e o Procon, falta de respeito com o consumidor. A pior experiência com comida japonesa que tive!! Não comprem, não peçam! Reportando minha insatisfação. Reclamei da comida estragada e baniram minha conta! Bando de safados! Vou na vigilância sanitária e no procon! Se depender de mim vocês vão fechar, assim como o uberEats! Esperem o processo.
 Horrible experience by Uber eats! Request took almost two hours to arrive, fish smelling spoiled, I had a bad time, I threw it all away. Do not recommend, I will trigger health surveillance and Procon, lack of respect with the consumer. The worst experience with Japanese food I've had !! Do not buy, do not ask! Reporting my dissatisfaction. I complained about the spoiled food and they banned my account! Bunch of bastards! I'm on health surveillance and procon! If it depends on me you will close, just like uberEats! Wait for the process.

Peço toda semana e só nunca tive nenhum problema ... mto pelo contrário ... sempre recebo um recadinho fofo de “aproveite seu sushi” do pessoal!
Best sushi delivery I have ever eaten. Fast and veryoooo yummy! The fish is super fresh and the quality of the combos is incredible! The cost benefit is perfect!
I ask every week and I've never had any problems ... mto instead ... I always get a cute "enjoy your sushi" message from the staff!

Liguei no uber eats pra cancelar e eles ainda perguntam se não podia esperar mais 15mim, que o restaurante disse que já ia sair. Não, obrigado! Falta de consideração com o cliente. Desorganizados. Não atendem telefone!! Deve ser por isso tantas reclamações. Depois que vai a falência, fica reclamando, mas não sabem que péssima gestão desse restaurante só afunda vocês. Melhorem e entendam os feedbacks, eles são a chave pro sucesso de algo, se vocês ignoram , vocês afundam conforme a insatisfação dos clientes.
Terrible! We stayed 2 hours waiting..if I had read the comments I wouldn't have waited so long. I called uber eats to cancel and they still ask if I couldn't wait another 15 minutes, which the restaurant said was about to leave. No thank you! Lack of consideration for the customer. Disorganized. Do not answer phone !! That must be why so many complaints. After bankruptcy, you complain, but you do not know that the poor management of this restaurant only sinks you. Improve and understand the feedbacks, they are the key to the success of something, if you ignore it, you will sink according to customer dissatisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais compraremos neste lugar! Meu marido fez um pedido, que chegou super atrasado devido a irem fazer outras entregas antes, e quando chegou, veio sem shoyu (que foi solicitado e pago!). Tive que sair às 22h para comprar o shoyu e finalmente podermos comer. Péssimo!!
We will never shop at this place again! My husband placed an order, which arrived super late due to other deliveries before, and when it arrived, it came without soy sauce (which was ordered and paid for!). I had to leave at 10 pm to buy soy sauce and finally we can eat. Terrible!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou 2h30, sem gosto, os temakis eram ruins e por isso, só conseguimos comer a metade de 1, os outros 2 jogamos fora. E pra piorar estava frio. O Sushi Plus tem que saber qual é a sua capacidade maxima de encomenda para fechar o carrinho e assim nao perder a qualidade e nao deixar os clientes insatifeitos como estou agora.
It took 2:30, tasteless, the temakis were bad and so we only managed to eat half of 1, the other 2 we threw away. And to make matters worse it was cold. Sushi Plus has to know its maximum ordering capacity to close the cart and thus not lose quality and not leave customers unsatisfied as I am now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cometi o erro básico de não conferir as avaliações deste lugar. Comida sem nenhuma qualidade, sem sabor, com mal aspecto, salmão passado/quase estragado, arroz complementarmente mal cozido, atum de lata. O que adianta vender algo barato se não tem qualidade e nem respeito aos clientes? Este restaurante deveria ser denunciado a vigilância sanitária. Alguém ainda vai ter uma grave infecção alimentar.
Reportei a Uber Eats, eles desculparam se e estão a proceder com o reembolso do valor pago.
I made the basic mistake of not checking the reviews on this place. Food without any quality, without flavor, with bad aspect, salmon last / almost spoiled, complementary rice undercooked, canned tuna. What is the use of selling something cheap if it has no quality and no respect for customers? This restaurant should be reported to health surveillance. Someone is still going to have a serious food infection.
I reported to Uber Eats, they apologized if and are proceeding with the refund of the amount paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixou a desejar...pois veio sem molho, aparência do hot... bem feio pouco recheio parece q tinha ido p mesa de cliente e voltado p nós bem zuado, confesso que deu um pouco de nojo...pq apenas dois estavam cm aparência de fresco o restante mto amassado parecia uma massinha de arroz de tão amassado!
