★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui alugar um carro pra rodar no App, fiz a reserva por celular tudo certo, chegando lá o veículo não estava lá e não tive como alugar o veículo. Me ofereceram um veículo que faz 6km/l pra rodar em App com o mesmo valor da diária do veículo que faz 13km/l que era a categoria que reservei. Fiquei aguardando por mais de 3 horas pra ser surpreendido que não poderia alugar o carro. Total descaso.
I went to rent a car to run on the App, I made the reservation by cell phone, everything was fine, when I got there the vehicle was not there and I had no way of renting the vehicle. I was offered a vehicle that makes 6km/l to run on the App with the same daily rate as the vehicle that makes 13km/l which was the category I booked. I was waiting for more than 3 hours to be surprised that I couldn't rent the car. Total neglect.
