★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para fazer a entrega do veículo e fui muito bem atendido pelo rapaz que lá estava. Muito diferente de quando fui retirar o veículo que já foi em outro ponto próximo ao aeroporto do Galeão.
 I went to deliver the vehicle and was very well attended by the guy who was there. Very different from when I went to pick up the vehicle, which was already at another point close to Galeão airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi uma boa experiência na retirada do veículo, muito tempo de fila, mas a atendente foi muito atenciosa. Vi vários comentários abaixo, acho que é hora da gerência agir para mudar esse cenário.
Tem que ter mais atendentes avulsos atacando junto na fila para dar mais agilidade.
It was not a good experience to pick up the vehicle, a long queue, but the attendant was very attentive. I saw several comments below, I think it's time for management to act to change this scenario.
You have to have more single attendants attacking together in the queue to give more agility.

Depois enfrenta uma fila gigante , 6 balcão, porém 3 funcionários atendendo. Com tudo isso você perde sua reserva que o prazo vence depois de uma hora a partir da hora marcada.
Worst car rental service in SDU: run away! First you have to wait for that van that goes to laaaaaa at Marina da Gloria! Then you face a giant queue, 6 counters, but 3 employees attending. With all this you lose your reservation that the deadline expires after one hour from the scheduled time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira e última experiência com essa locadora. O carro que nos ofereceram era horrível, barulho para todo lado, carro todo frouxo. A devolução foi pior ainda, ficamos aguardando mais de uma hora, só tinha um atendente e ele não fazia questão de atender os clientes bem… não respondia as dúvidas, nem olhava na cara das pessoas.
First and last experience with this rental company. The car they offered us was horrible, noise everywhere, car all slack. The return was even worse, we waited more than an hour, there was only one attendant and he didn't make a point of serving customers well… he didn't answer questions, didn't even look people in the face.

Great customer service, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Took us through the entire process step by step and in no time we got a car and we were on our way. Value for money and a great fleet of cars. Various different outlets around the city, this makes life easier when returning the car.
