★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, paguei reserva, gastei uber até a agencia e chegando lá, me fizeram esperar 30 minutos por uma "análise de credito" para no fim negarem minha reserva. Creio que muito pelo fato de eu ter 24 anos. Enfim, se precisarem alugar carros, recomendo a localiza ou a unidas, ja aluguei nessas duas e não tive problemas nenhum, inclusive, semana passada aluguei na localiza e foi uma experiência boa.
Terrible, I paid the reservation, spent uber to the agency and arriving there, they made me wait 30 minutes for a "credit analysis" to deny my reservation at the end. I think a lot because I'm 24 years old. Anyway, if you need to rent cars, I recommend the local or united ones, I've already rented in these two and I didn't have any problems, even last week I rented in the local and it was a good experience.
