Realizei a reserva em um dos disponiveis, porem quando liguei para confirmar o local de retirada, me informaram que nã o tinham nenhum veiculo. Pra que diferenciar "sujeito a disponibilidade" e "disponivel" então?
The website lists some vehicles as "subject to availability" and others as "available for reservation". I made the reservation in one of the available ones, but when I called to confirm the place of withdrawal, I was informed that they had no vehicles. Why differentiate "subject to availability" and "available" then?

Depois de semanas manda uma mensagem que não atingiu a pontuação necessária rsrs . fora que os colaboradores não dão nem um bom dia quando a pessoa está aguardando na recepção

Entrei e quando estava resolvendo minhas coisas o funcionário de vcs aparece dizendo que era para ter deixado a chave... perguntei a quem se não tinha nenhum responsável? Ainda esperei uns minutos mais nem no estacionamento ele estava. Não gostei da abordagem...fedendo a cigarro. Péssima recepção. Tem que melhorar muito, passarei a reclamação para os responsáveis pelo laboratório também.
