★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço mediano, cai a internet ao menos 2x por semana. O atendimento é vergonhoso, equipe despreparada sempre com frases prontas e zero resolução. Sem contar que cada vez que aparece um “técnico” para “consertar” algo o serviço consegue ficar ainda pior. É horrível precisar depender dessa “empresa”.
 Average service, internet drops at least 2x a week. The service is shameful, unprepared staff always with ready sentences and zero resolution. Not to mention that every time a "technician" appears to "fix" something the service can get even worse. It's awful to have to depend on this "company."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É inacreditável a ineficiência do serviço prestado por eles. Cai uma gota de água e o serviço cai, voce tenta falar com eles pelo canal de whatsup e uma resposta demora mais de 30 minutos. Você tenta ligar e fica eternamente na espera. É uma vergonha uma empresa dessa ser considerada como prestadora de serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridículo o tratamento com o cliente, estou com eles a uns 2 meses no máximo, nesse tempo já tive decepção na hora da instalação, que além de demorar, foi feita em 2 dias distintos, 1 dia passaram o fio, disseram que não tinha espaço, dps voltaram dps de 1 semana pra ligar. Dps disso já tive 3 quedas que duraram de 1 a 2 dias. Tudo bem, voltou. Agora, passei o fds fora, quando voltei na segunda, estava sem internet. DESDE DE SEGUNDA FEIRA, já é QUINTA e nada de resolverem, ligo lá ... falam que vão mandar um técnico, que também não apareceu até agora, em 48 Horas??? como vou ficar 2 dias em casa esperando um técnico gente? RIDÍCULO ... DESCASO ... fiquem cientes, que vou cancelar, e entrar com ação para receber o valor ABSURDO da instalação de volta ... que não tem 40 dias e já tive 3 problemas. enquanto não doer no bolso deles ... nada será resolvido.

Veio um técnico, funcionou umas horas e agora dias sem Net e TV e ninguém me atende. Telefone da empresa é de enfeite e o whatsapp respondem quando querem. Uma pena, gostava muito do serviço até então...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa de internet que eu ja vi em toda a minha vida. A internet vive caindo e quando vc vai procurar atendimento, os técnicos vai na sua casa no dia que querem, te tratam com desprezo e vc tem que ficar se humilhando pra eles irem resolverem o problema.
Worst internet company I've ever seen in my entire life. The internet keeps dropping and when you go to seek care, the technicians come to your house on the day they want, they treat you with contempt and you have to humiliate yourself so they can solve the problem.
