Ela foi a única veterinária na região que detectou que a minha cachorrinha estava com sarna negra e o tratamento passado por ela foi um sucesso. Minha Pituchinha hoje é forte e vende saúde. Dou 5 estrelas só porque não posso dar mais (por mim daria um milhão de estrelas).
Dr. Alessandra is an excellent professional. She was the only veterinarian in the region who detected that my puppy had black scabies and the treatment she passed was a success. My Pituchinha today is strong and sells health. I give 5 stars just because I can't give more (for me I would give a million stars).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, liguei para marcar banho para 2 pets, e fiquei horrorizada com o tratamento, atendente disse que os pets não podem estar embolados ,se não eles dispensam, que não tem tempo de ficar desembolando, que tudo é corrido por lá, perguntou nome dos cães, falei e disse que eram 2 shitzu, aí ela olhou e disse; só um é shitzu, o outro e raça indefinida para não dizer vira lata,melhor falar raça indefinida, disse ela.Fiquei perplexa e disse que realmente um não era puro, FOI ADOTADO POIS HAVIA SIDO ABANDONADO. Aí pergunto, precisa disso? Incrível ela me fez desistir de dar o banho lá, me senti desrespeitada, se um pet shop não desembola pelos, e diz que seu cão é raça indefinida ,para não dizer vira lata, pra que está de portas abertas, procura outro ofício. Nunca mais , não sinto segurança, da até medo de deixar meus pets em lugar desse. Lamentável.
Terrible service, I called to schedule a bath for 2 pets, and I was horrified by the treatment, the attendant said that the pets can't be tangled up, if they don't, they don't have time to get rid of it, that everything is run there, he asked for name of the dogs, I spoke and said they were 2 shitzu, then she looked and said; only one is a shitzu, the other is an indefinite race, not to say mutt, better to say an indefinite race, she said. I was perplexed and said that really one was not pure, IT WAS ADOPTED BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN ABANDONED. So I ask, do you need it? Incredible, she made me give up bathing there, I felt disrespected, if a pet shop doesn't show fur, and says that her dog is an indefinite breed, not to say mutt, why is it open, looking for another job. Never again, I don't feel safe, I'm even afraid to leave my pets in this place. Unfortunate.
