★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cirurgia simples de hérnia da nossa pequena, houve coágulo intestinal,levando à uma hemorragia.Após a cirurgia,ocorreu sangramento através das fezes(sangue coagulado).Procurei o médico responsável e ele disse que poderia ser em função do anestésico. Pediu para observar e aguardar 72 hrs.Se tivesse examinado e intervido imediatamente, talvez a teriam salvo. Sangrou e sofreu até morrer.
Simple hernia surgery of our little one, there was intestinal clot, leading to hemorrhage. After the surgery, bleeding occurred through the feces (clotted blood). I looked for the doctor in charge and he said it could be due to the anesthetic. He asked to observe and wait 72 hours. If he had examined and intervened immediately, perhaps he would have been saved. He bled and suffered until he died.

Fui ontem dar banho e tosa higiênica em minha princesinha, quando cheguei fui bem atendida, mas a moça depois q entrou, vira outra pessoa!
Atendente q deu o banho grosseira, não usou em nenhum momento a guia, quase infartava do lado de fora pensando q minha princesa fosse cair, tanto no banho como no secador, puxavam ela pela perninha, rabo, só um momento vi uma conversa com meu pet, fora isso cara fechada e movimentos brusco com o pet!!
Por pouco não tirei, mas NUNCA MAIS volto!
O lugar estava sujo, tolha do pet suja ou encardida, escova e pelos pelo chão.
E o pior tirando o perfume veio com cheiro de cachorro!! E ficou o resto do dia amuada em casa, agora são 6:45hs e ela está na caminha ainda, imagino o stress q passo!!!
Peço a vcs q acompanhem um dia o banho do seu pet!!
Pois onde levo em sp, atendem ela com muito carinho, conversam e beijam ela o tempo todo!
Tem amor pelo q faz!!
Isso não foi só com a minha, enquanto esperava tinha um pretinho (a) q foi do mesmo jeito!!!
Fica aqui minha indignação
Terrible
Yesterday I went to bathe and clean my little princess, when I arrived I was well attended, but the girl after she came in, became someone else!
Attendant q gave the coarse bath, did not use the leash at any time, almost infarcted outside thinking that my princess was going to fall, both in the bath and in the dryer, they pulled her by the leg, tail, just a moment I saw a conversation with my pet, other than that face closed and sudden movements with the pet !!
I almost took it off, but I will NEVER come back!
The place was dirty, pet towel dirty or grimy, brush and hair on the floor.
And the worst except the perfume came with a dog smell !! And she spent the rest of the day sulking at home, now it is 6:45 am and she is still walking, I imagine the stress q step !!!
I ask you guys to accompany your pet's bath one day !!
Because where I take her in sp, they treat her with great affection, talk and kiss her all the time!
Have love for what you do !!
This was not just mine, while waiting I had a little black (a) q it was the same !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Quando se tratar de questões de saúde, não recomendo. Só serve para vacina e banho. Mataram minha cachorrinha em uma cirurgia simples se hérnia. Foi perfurada e sangrou até morrer. Mas o DR Neto foi muito solicito ... deu dois copos d'água para minha esposa e disse que sentia muito. Claro que paguei a conta, mas o que perdemos não tem preço
Bad experience. When it comes to health issues, I don't recommend it. It only serves for vaccination and bathing. They killed my puppy in a simple hernia surgery. It was punctured and bled to death. But DR Neto was very solicitous ... he gave my wife two glasses of water and said he was sorry. Of course I paid the bill, but what we lost is priceless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para saber o valor de banho e tosa para o meu cachorro e o atendente foi super grosso e mal educado... pareceu um grande fardo para ele me atender pelo telefone. Fora que eu nunca vi um pet shop que possui atendimento de taxi dog, porém eu quem preciso levar o cachorro pela primeira vez!! Liguei pensando em mandar meu cachorro lá, pois sempre vejo o taxi dog andando pela cidade. Mas pelas avaliações que vi no google das reclamações do atendimento e também depois do atendimento por telefone que eu tive, pude constatar que o lugar realmente precisa de melhorar no atendimento aos seus clientes!! Se eu pudesse não dar nenhuma estrela eu daria, porque definitivamente o atendimento é péssimo!!!
I called to know the value of bathing and grooming for my dog and the attendant was super thick and rude ... it seemed like a big burden for him to answer me on the phone. Besides, I never saw a pet shop that has a taxi dog service, but I need to take the dog for the first time !! I called thinking about sending my dog there, because I always see the taxi dog walking around the city. But from the reviews I saw on google of the service complaints and also after the phone service I had, I could see that the place really needs to improve its service to its customers !! If I could not give any stars I would, because definitely the service is terrible !!!
