A proprietária informou que gastaria 3 horas para fazer o banho e tosa dos meus dois pets. Mesmo depois de ver os dois ela garantiu as 3 horas para o trabalho. Nos devolveu os cachorros depois de 8 horas molhados e com a pelagem toda torta, fora as partes sem tosar. Além disso foi totalmente ignorante e desequilibrada comigo e minha família.
Além disso ainda cobrou 90 reais por cada banho e tosa mal feita e que vou ter que mandar consertar amanhã mesmo.
Não recomendo. A não ser que queira passar raiva como eu passei.
 Very disappointed with the care of this pet.
The owner informed that it would take 3 hours to bathe and groom my two pets. Even after seeing the two of them she guaranteed the 3 hours for work. He returned the dogs to us after 8 hours wet and with the fur all askew, apart from the parts without shaving. Plus it was totally ignorant and unbalanced with me and my family.
In addition, it still charged 90 reais for each bath and bad grooming, which I'll have to have it fixed tomorrow.
I do not recommend. Unless you want to be angry like I did.

Os proprietários são uns amores, muito educados e fica muito claro que são apaixonados por pets e fazem de tudo para o conforto e bem estar deles! E isso é fundamental! Ganharam dois clientes peludinhos! Indico mil vezes esse pet maravilhoso! ?❤️?
Best experience I've ever had at a pet shop! The owners are lovely, very polite and it is very clear that they are passionate about pets and do everything for their comfort and well being! And that's key! They gained two furry customers! I recommend this wonderful pet a thousand times! ?❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sábado fui levar minha pet, Pastor Alemão para o banho, e simplesmente foi uma experiencia fantástica, fomos muito bem tratados, banheira gigante que acomodou a minha Jenny, as banhista preparadas para porte grandes, as instalações do local,excelente, estiloso, estacionamento amplo, diversidade de produtos na Pet shop, amamos a experiencia, já aderi o pacote com serviços inclusos de cortesia, e com valores justos! On Saturday I took my pet, German Shepherd, to the bath, and it was simply a fantastic experience, we were very well treated, giant bathtub that accommodated my Jenny, the bathers prepared for large sizes, the facilities of the place, excellent, stylish, parking wide, diversity of products in the Pet shop, we love the experience, I have already joined the package with complimentary services included, and with fair values! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há alguns anos larguei minha profissão e resolvi trabalhar com cachorro, em todo esse tempo nunca tinha encontrado alguém como o mesmo pensamento que eu, pensar mais no lado humano, e não só em dinheiro, e através de uma indicação encontrei uma pessoa maravilhosa a dona do Pet Jardim. Meu filho estava debilitado, mais precisa ser tosado pois iria fazer um procedimento e me indicaram ela. Pude observar boa parte do banho do lado de fora, pois o prédio proporciona isso, e vi tamanho o cuidado que ela teve com ele. O tratou com muito carinho, fez tudo com muito cuidado sem nem ao menos o conhecer e ainda lhe deu um agrado. Isso me tocou de uma forma que fui para casa bem pensativa e feliz por eles terem se cruzado. Este foi seu ultimo banho hoje infelizmente ele descansou, mas gostaria de demonstrar meu carinho a ela e dizer que super indico esse local e com certeza voltarei com meus outros filhos, pois o que ela fez para ele eu nunca vou esquecer.
A few years ago I left my profession and decided to work with dogs, in all this time I had never found someone with the same thought as me, to think more about the human side, and not just about money, and through an indication I found a wonderful person, the owner from Pet Garden. My son was weakened, but it needs to be shorn because he was going to have a procedure and I was recommended to her. I was able to observe a good part of the bath outside, as the building provides it, and I saw such care she took with it. She treated him with great affection, did everything with great care without even knowing him and even gave him a liking. It touched me in such a way that I went home very thoughtful and happy that they had crossed paths. This was his last bath today unfortunately he rested, but I would like to show my affection to her and say that I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back with my other children, because what she did for him I will never forget.

Eu confio de olhos fechados em toda a equipe, que cuida tão bem, ele volta parecendo um ursinho de tão fofo e cheiroso (Acabaram os nós ?)
Além dos cuidados com a veterinária Regina que é uma profissional incrível.
Eles buscam, tem um espaço acolhedor, cuidam da saúde do Simon e deixa ele ainda mais lindo. Não tem como eu não amar. Encontramos uma família.

I found a wonderful place to take care of my baby Pet, Simon loves Tia Ana who takes care of him with so much love.
I trust the whole team with my eyes closed, who take care so well, he comes back looking like a teddy bear he's so fluffy and fragrant (No more knots ?)
In addition to the care of the veterinarian Regina, who is an incredible professional.
They search, have a welcoming space, take care of Simon's health and make him even more beautiful. There's no way I can't love. We found a family.

Desde o primeiro contato até hoje (e já se foram 11 meses), só tenho a agradecer pelo carinho com os meus 2 cachorros!
Quando eu poderia imaginar que, para tosar o meu filhote inquieto, a Ana e a Fabi tivessem a paciência de esperar ele cochilar para não estressá-lo durante a tosa!!! É muito cuidado e amor com os animais!!!
Quanto mimo!!!! E claro que eles adoram!!!! ??
E não pára por ai: além dos cuidados semanais que deixam os meus bebês limpos e cheirosos, eles ainda tiveram a oportunidade de curtir e contar com todo esse amor durante a hospedagem no hotel Pet Jardim. Só elogios!

From the first contact until today (and it's been 11 months), I just have to thank you for caring for my 2 dogs!
When I could have imagined that, to shave my restless puppy, Ana and Fabi would have the patience to wait for him to nap so as not to stress him during the shave!!! It's a lot of care and love with animals!!!
What a treat!!!! And of course they love it!!!! ??
And it doesn't stop there: in addition to the weekly care that leaves my babies clean and fragrant, they still had the opportunity to enjoy and count on all this love during their stay at the Pet Jardim hotel. Only praise!
