O atendimento é muito bom e as pessoas são muito atenciosos.
Os voterinarios são muito competentes, em especial o Dr. John que é excepcional.
Tem cometa estrutura hospitalar, proporcionando ótimo atendimento aos pets.
Os preços são justos e até mais baratos que a maioria.
É com certeza a melhor opção da região.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulta caríssima ... meu gatinho saiu de lá sem ser medicado !! Tive que comprar Dipirona para dar a ele em casa !!!
Fizeram exame de sangue sem necessidade só para o bichinho sofrer e eles ganharem dinheiro!! Pois não conseguiam pegar a veia dele !!! Que raiva só de pensar !!!
Ficaram de dar o resultado no outro dia até o meio dia ...liguei das 12:00 as 4:00 da tarde e NÃO atendem o telefone, total falta de respeito com o cliente e o bichinho!!!
Passei lá no final da tarde do outro dia 5:30 e o exame ainda não estava pronto !!
E já queriam que eu fizesse outro exame nele ... claro que NÃO fiz !!! Mercenários!!!
Resumindo não descobriram NADA no gatinho... só queriam DINHEIRO mesmo !!!
O gato queimou em febre e eles NÃO sabem porque !!!
Eu curei ele em casa com soro e probiotico!!!
Pois esses mercenários nem MEDICARAM ele !!!
Péssima clínica!!! O que depender de mim ninguém que eu conheço vai nesse lugar !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao indico. Meu cachorro ficou internado por 48h e saiu pior de quando entrou. Local que os animais ficam é pequeno, e nao ligam o ar condicionado. Nao informam como o animal está e quando a gente liga a veterinaria que esta acompanhando nao sabe nem dizer a situação do animal, algumas vezes passaram a informação totalmrnte equivocada.
A veterinaria no dia que fomos retirar o animal do internamento foi super grossa. nao indico e nao volto mais.
I do not indicate. My dog was hospitalized for 48 hours and came out worse than when he entered. The place where the animals stay is small, and they don't turn on the air conditioning. They don't inform how the animal is and when we call the veterinarian who is monitoring, they don't even know how to tell the animal's situation, sometimes they gave the information totally wrong.
The veterinarian on the day we were to remove the animal from hospital was super rude. I do not indicate and I will not come back.
