★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia tem instalações muito boas, a recepção é atenciosa, mas o atendimento dos professores deixa a desejar. Fiquei mais de três meses pedindo ajuda para montar uma série e nenhum quer ter o trabalho sempre enrolando. Desistir e partir pra outra. Se você não precisa dessa assistência a academia pode ser uma boa mais se você precisa de um acompanhamento básico como eu que to começando melhor procurar um outro local que te deem mais atenção porque lá você é apenas mais um número.
 The gym has very good facilities, the reception is attentive, but the service from the teachers leaves something to be desired. I spent more than three months asking for help to set up a series and none of them wants to have the work always going on. Give up and move on to another. If you do not need this assistance, the gym can be a good option if you need basic support like me, that I am starting to look for another place that will give you more attention because there you are just another number.

A situação foi tão grave q a professora foi desligada da academia e eles concordaram em cancelar minha inscrição e estornarem o valor pago no cartão, no entanto até agora nada foi feito além de promessas. O responsável não atende e raramente retorna qdo combinado. Muito ocupada ou agindo de má fé? Fica o questionamento.
I had a very serious problem with one of the teachers and my 4 year old daughter. The situation was so serious that the teacher was disconnected from the gym and they agreed to cancel my registration and refund the amount paid on the card, however so far nothing has been done other than promises. The responsible does not answer and rarely returns when arranged. Too busy or acting in bad faith? The question remains.
