★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a cool place to hangout, except it didn't feel very safe bc there is no security and there appears to be a large number of people living in and around the area.
I don't fault people for not having a place to go, they are simply existing. There is obviously a need for more jobs, and having security simply walking around keeping the peace is a good way to provide both safety and jobs.
I do not accept that there is not enough money to provide for public safety.
I saw at least 50 people sitting around, what if some of them were hired to wear a uniform and keep the peace in the area?
Sometimes, simply giving someone a job and an identity can save them.
