Little and almost null availability of car. They did not comply with the hiring of the car that we reserved. Too many obstacles for the process on arrival. Terrible service.

Além do mais não tem um banheiro para cliente. Alugue seu carro em outra locadora.
Rob, better find somewhere else to rent a car. They do not solve the problem if you booked online. Very disappointing.
What's more, it does not have a guest bathroom. Rent your car in another rental.

Empresa trambiqueira. Funcionários adulteram as informações de combustível e entregam o veículo aos clientes com o combustível abaixo do tanque cheio, porém com o ponteiro indicando falsamente tanque cheio.
Fui buscar o carro e o marcador mostrava tanque abaixo de cheio. Os manobristas do pátio fizeram o procedimento na maior cara de pau na minha frente. Desligaram e ligaram a bateria do carro novamente para o marcador parecer cheio. Saí do pátio, andei 5km e o tanque baixou 1/8. Reclamei e nada foi feito.
Assim que isso aconteceu, liguei para a loja (5 minutos depois de sair dela) liguei mais de 10 vezes. O telefone simplesmente não funciona. Toca e ninguém atende. Tenho certeza que fica fora da tomada, provavelmente pq recebem muitas reclamações e simplesmente ignoram os clientes.
Se nao querem ser trapaceados, se não querem perder dinheiro, se não querem ser enganados, NÃO ALUGUEM NESSA LOCADORA
Adulterated fuel markers.
Trambiguous company. Employees tamper with the fuel information and deliver the vehicle to customers with the fuel below the full tank, but with the pointer falsely indicating full tank.
I went to get the car and the marker showed a full tank below. The valets in the courtyard did the procedure with the biggest stick in front of me. They turned the car battery off and on again so the marker would appear full. I left the yard, walked 5km and the tank went down 1/8. I complained and nothing was done.
As soon as this happened, I called the store (5 minutes after leaving it) I called more than 10 times. The phone just doesn't work. It rings and no one answers. I'm sure it stays out of the socket, probably because they receive a lot of complaints and simply ignore customers.
If you don't want to be cheated, if you don't want to lose money, if you don't want to be cheated, DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATOR
