★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible collection of brazilian exotic animals by Peter Lund, a naturalist from Denmark. Replics of elephants, dynosaurs, a lot of butterfly, a real whale and others non brazilian. Great place to visit with family and friends. Nice price per person (local money).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give it 2 stars due to the fact it is 3 stories high. The lack of information in all of their exhibits is uncanny, as if all of us are anthropologists or biologists. Come prepared with your biology books, unless you were looking for a place to take pictures of replicas. Also, bring a flashlight just in case the lights go out as it did in my case, seems that the generators are only for emergency lights only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cool place to visit if you are in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. It is a good way to travel back in time and also to get to know some of the prehistoric species that used to live in the south American region and Brazil. It's a nice place to bring young kids and people interested in museums. Totally recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the excursion museum. I found all the fossil replicas amazing and not counting the explanations given. I recommend to anyone who wants to go, to include in the package the students, because it facilitates the understanding.?
