This review is about the Restaurant and not the Hotel. Thanks to this place, I have finally experienced the absolute worst service in the country of Brazil. This restaurant sits right on the beach in Jeri, and it looks like an upscale place to enjoy the view. We came here at about 3PM for drinks and maybe snacks, and asked a waiter if he could clean an empty table for us to sit. 15 minutes later, the table was cleaned. After getting tired of waiting for the waiter to take a drink order, my wife went to the bar and ordered 2 drinks and an appetizer. 30 minutes more of waiting (against my better judgment), the waiter came to the table & my wife told him she had placed an order, but the waiter said they had no order, so 10 more minutes later the drinks came. I was ready to leave when the squid we had asked for 40 minutes earlier arrived. They were so salty as to be inedible. What a disappointment!

Terrible hotel!!! We booked the most expensive room (Deluxe with ocean view) and when we arrived, we discovered that the room doesn’t look at all as in the pictures!!! The room was very dirty, small, disused bathroom with a peeling ceiling and exposed cables in the balcony! When we told this to the lady in the front desk she told us that this is the last room in this category and she didn’t agree to cancel the booking! Eventually we were downgraded to another room which was cheaper but looked a bit better than the first one. The TV in the room didn’t work and the maintenance guy couldn’t fix it neither replace it with a working one. In addition, there was no WIFI connection (in both of the rooms). We didn’t get ANY compensation although we eventually received a cheaper room!!! They didn’t even give us to speak with the manager! Overall, we got a negative answer for every request we had. the “experience” in this hotel was terrible and it ruined our vacation.

Ok this is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff here were friendly and helpful. It is the one of the best in Jericoacoara without a doubt. I would give it 5 stars for the hotel alone however We experienced less than stellar service in the restaurant. I know to expect a calm atmosphere on the beach but the restaurant staff was not up to par. Day two I found a very responsive waiter who was great.

Not possible to use the toilet while having a beer at this place. The guard is not friendly at all and discriminating

We ordered food and it was really low quality. The location is relly good. Prices are high compare to the quality. Suco is ok. (My Wife give from the food to a bird and even the bird didn't liked he let is there ?)

Stayed at My Blue Hotel. Our room had no lights. Only LED strip lights. There was NO furniture other than the bed. Ants all over the walls and very noisy from the music until 11pm. They did come and spray for the ants. After losing power and AC they switched us to My Blue Residence. WAY WAY nicer rooms, clean. The staff at both hotels were very nice and they both had an excellent breakfast. We appreciated the managers switching hotels for us. If you are going to Jericoacoara, stay at My Blue Residence or Essenza.

If I could give a -10 stars I would, I booked my blue hotel through booking.com, my blue kept changing my card to invalid card even tho they haven’t even try to process the card, today they cancel my reservation, as soon as they cancel the reservation I book the same reservation but now is $357 more than original reservation. My blue has absolutely no customer service. The phone provided on their website or on booking no one EVER answers, the message through the booking website is rarely ever answer. This is so distracting giving that I book 6 months ahead knowing it will be a busy time and now there is barely any hotels available. Mind that I already have the plane tickets that I purchased the same day as I book the hotel! ?
