 I bought some furniture. They gave me a wrong dresser, said they would fix it in the same week. It's been a month and they barely answer my messages. I will have to end up bringing justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja, comprei um sofá e já chegou com a madeira quebrada. Dia seguinte já reclamei na loja. Passado 3 meses e até hoje não resolveram meu problema. Já falei com eles que vou entrar com uma ação judicial contra a loja por descaso e contra o fabricante.
Bad store, I bought a sofa and arrived with the broken wood. Next day I already complained at the store. After 3 months and until today they have not solved my problem. I have already told them that I will file a lawsuit against the store for negligence and against the manufacturer.

Acho que dá pra ser melhor
I bought a simple, basic sucupira bed, but to my surprise it arrived full of patches and screws.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mesa em 27/08/2020 a vista, marcaram 45 dias uteis para entregar. Atrasaram 35 dias e quando chegou veio um produto inferior ao que tinha comprado. No dia da compra tirei foto e confirmei com o vendedor Evandro se o produto que iria chegar para mim era aquele mesmo e ele foi categórico em dizer que eu podia ficar tranquila. Hoje 07/04/2021 ainda estou em posse de algo que não comprei. Paguei gato por lebre. Vou recorrer na justiça, mas deixo aqui a minha indignação. Loja desonesta! Picareta!
I bought a table on 8/27/2020 in cash, they marked 45 working days to deliver. They were 35 days late and when it arrived a product inferior to the one they had purchased. On the day of the purchase I took a photo and confirmed with the seller Evandro if the product that was going to arrive for me was the same one and he was categorical in saying that I could be calm. Today 07/04/2021 I am still in possession of something that I did not buy. I paid a pig for a poke. I will go to court, but I leave my indignation here. Dishonest shop! Pickaxe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você está a procura de algum móvel recomendo que não compre nessa loja. Foi a pior experiência com atendimento ao cliente que já recebi na vida. Comprei um guarda roupa no início de junho/21 e algumas peças vieram amassadas. Foi solicitada a troca e me foi passado um prazo de 20 a 30 dias. Já se passaram mais de 45 dias e ainda não foram trocadas. Quase todo dia entro em contato com a loja e eles falam que vão trocar e até hoje nada. O atendimento ao cliente é péssimo, não me deram nenhum parecer quanto à troca. Total descaso com o cliente.
If you are looking for a piece of furniture, I recommend that you do not buy it from this store. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I bought a wardrobe in early June/21 and some pieces came wrinkled. The exchange was requested and I was given a period of 20 to 30 days. It's been more than 45 days and they still haven't been exchanged. Almost every day I get in touch with the store and they say they're going to change it and still nothing. The customer service is terrible, they didn't give me any opinion about the exchange. Total disregard for the customer.
