★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As avaliações que li me deixaram impressionada negativamente. Acredito muito que o bom atendimento começa na recepção e mostra a preocupaçao dos “donos do negócio” com o paciente que vai à procura desse apoio profissional e emocional.
Se a recepçao é ruim todo o resto deve ser ruim também.
The reviews I read left me negatively impressed. I strongly believe that good service starts at the reception and shows the concern of the “business owners” with the patient who seeks professional and emotional support.
If the reception is bad, everything else must be bad too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As criticas negativas não condizem com a realidade q presenciei. As atendentes são gentis e atenciosas. A estrutura é ótima e os médicos bem capacitados. A clinica faz um intervalo para o almoço e isso está bem explicitado na gravação da espera telefônica
The negative reviews do not match the reality I witnessed. The attendants are kind and attentive. The structure is great and the doctors are well trained. The clinic takes a break for lunch and this is clearly explained in the recording of the telephone hold
