★ ★ ★ ★ ★ laboratório horrível, fiz exame de urina e não tinham lencinho para as partes íntimas...
fiz exame de sangue e eles simplesmente não fizeram oq tinham que fazer, sumiram, não responderam gmails, não atendiam ao telefone... não sabem trabalhar.
agora vou ter que fazer os exames novamente, porém nesse laboratório eu não vou mais e não recomendo ele para ninguém!!!

Atendimento ruim, local ruim, faz mais de 1 mês que meu pai fez exames e até o momento não esta disponível. Pagou e não temos nem resposta do laboratório.
Telefone não consegue falar com ninguém, quando coloca p/ registrar reclamação à ligação cai, WhatsApp ninguém responde.
Detalhe que em determinado momento teve que refazer os exames.
O prazo para receber os exames era 23/04 hoje dia 30/04 nada.
Não façam exames neste lugar.

Bad service, bad place, it's been more than 1 month since my father had tests and so far it's not available. He paid and we don't even have a response from the lab.
Phone can't talk to anyone, when you put it to register a complaint, the call drops, WhatsApp no one responds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a coleta para um exame dia,30/03/2022 me deram um prazo de 7 dias, o resultado não saiu, fui até lá e o local estava FECHADO (dentro do horário comercial) depois de duas semanas fui lá novamente, dissera que deu um problema interno e que eu teria que colher pela segunda vez, fiz a coleta dia 03/05/2022, me deram outro prazo e o resultado não saiu, não me deram justificativa nenhuma e simplesmente disseram para eu fazer o exame PELA TERCEIRA VEZ. NÃO REALIZEM EXAMES NESTE LOCAL, É UMA PERCA DE TEMPO, PERCA DE DINHEIRO, FORA O DESCASO. E QUANDO LIGO PRA LÁ NINGUÉM ATENDE.

DO NOT PERFORM EXAMINATIONS AT THIS PLACE, IT'S A WASTE OF TIME, WASTE OF MONEY, Aside from negligence. AND WHEN I CALL THERE NO ONE ANSWERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência eles colhem o sangue depois na hora de pegar o resultado cadê? Diz que tem que fazer uma nova colheta e não dá explicações nenhuma. Levei meu filho de 2 anos 10 meses que tem muita dificuldade pra tirar sangue, no dia tinha várias pessoas reclamando perguntei se tava fazendo hemograma completo falaram que sim. Fui buscar o resultado um dia depois da data, cadê??? Vai ter que colher de novo por erro no laboratório.
Bad experience they collect the blood later when getting the result where's it? He says he has to make a new harvest and doesn't give any explanations. Fiz exames de análise clínica, por duas vezes, não recebi o resultado, na primeira coleta realizada no dia 15/03/2022, foi informado que o resultado ficaria pronto mo dia 22/03, poderia ser retirado mo site ou na unidade, porém, ao acessar sempre constava como indisponível, fui até a unidade após uma semana, fui informada que necessitaria uma nova coleta, pois devido um problema no sistema todos os exames colhidos no dia 15 foram invalidados, que o setor responsável teria que ter entrado em contato comigo para avisar, porém, isso não ocorreu. Diante da situação, retornei ao laboratório no dia 05/04 para uma nova coleta, informaram que o resultado sairia no dia 18/04, no entanto, isso não ocorreu mais uma vez, no dia 25/04, retornei ao laboratório e para minha surpresa, foi informado que haveria que ter uma nova coleta, a história se repetia, mas me recuso a fazer uma nova coleta, pois o estabelecimento não tem responsabilidade e competência, lidam com saúde e vidas, muitos podem estar passando por uma patologia grave, diante da falta de respeito e profissionalismo, podem estar colocando vidas em risco, quem puder procurar outro laboratório, não faça nesse, pois é péssimo!

I took clinical analysis exams, twice, I did not receive the result, in the first collection carried out on 03/15/2022, it was informed that the result would be ready on the 22/03th, it could be withdrawn on the website or in the unit, however , when accessing it was always listed as unavailable, I went to the unit after a week, I was informed that I would need a new collection, because due to a problem in the system, all the exams collected on the 15th were invalidated, which the responsible sector would have to have contacted with me to let you know, however, this did not happen. Faced with the situation, I returned to the laboratory on 04/05 for a new collection, they informed that the result would come out on 04/18, however, this did not happen again, on 04/25 I returned to the laboratory and for my surprise, he was informed that there would have to be a new collection, the story was repeated, but I refuse to do a new collection, because the establishment has no responsibility and competence, they deal with health and lives, many may be going through a serious pathology, given the lack of respect and professionalism, they can be putting lives at risk, whoever can look for another laboratory, don't do this one, because it's terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 23/04/2022 levei meu filho de apenas 9 meses para efetuar hemograma completo mais vários outros exames de sangue, já no laboratório Nasa de São Miguel uma demora absurda para abrir fichas de pacientes, era tanta demora que avistei varias vezes as enfermeiras saírem da recepção como se não entendessem a demora. Fora o fato de eu estar com meu filho de 9 MESES EM JEJUM A 8 HORAS. Por fim após a demora consegui fazer a coleta. E para minha surpresa deram o prazo para retirada dos exames 11/05/2022 ou seja 18 Dias, bem como já tinha coletado não me restava mais nada a não ser esperar. Mesmo sabendo do prazo absurdo eu entrava no site do Nasa Laboratórios na esperança de irem adicionando os resultados conforme os mesmos fossem ficando prontos como de costume acontece em outros laboratórios porem nada de resultados e realmente estava precisando devido a urgência por ser uma criança de 9 meses. No dia 04/05/2022 minha esposa ligou no laboratório e informaram para ela que estariam disponibilizando o Hemograma no período da tarde e que os demais exames deram INCONCLUSIVOS!!! Ou seja se nos não tivéssemos ligado estaríamos até agora sem exames e sem noticias, perdemos tempo e mais grave ainda sujeitamos nosso bebe a esse laboratório incompetente e irresponsável. Tive que pagar para fazer os exames em outro laboratório já que as guias ficaram retidas no Nasa e após 2 DIAS os mesmos exames feitos em outro laboratório estavam prontos e mais um agravante a criança não precisava de JEJUM coisa que no Nasa não nos foi orientado. Lamentável tamanha irresponsabilidade e incompetência. Esperei até hoje 11/05/2022 para abrir a reclamação pois hoje esta vencendo o prazo. Gostaria que fossem tomadas providencias e que me reembolsassem o que gastei em outro laboratório já que o prejuízo emocional que passamos não tem como quantificar um valor.

And to my surprise, they gave the deadline to withdraw the exams 05/11/2022, that is, 18 days, as I had already collected it, I had nothing left but to wait. Even knowing the absurd deadline, I entered the Nasa Laboratories website in the hope of adding the results as they were getting ready as usual in other laboratories but no results and I really needed it due to the urgency for being a 9 month old child . On 05/04/2022, my wife called the laboratory and informed her that they would be providing the hemogram in the afternoon and that the other tests were INCONCLUSIVE!!! In other words, if we hadn't called, we would still be without exams and without news, we wasted time and worse still, we subjected our baby to this incompetent and irresponsible laboratory. I had to pay to take the exams in another laboratory since the guides were held up at NASA and after 2 DAYS the same exams done in another laboratory were ready and another aggravating factor the child did not need to fast, something that NASA was not instructed to do. Such irresponsibility and incompetence. I waited until today 05/11/2022 to open the complaint because today is expiring the deadline. I would like measures to be taken and to reimburse me for what I spent in another laboratory since the emotional damage we have suffered cannot be quantified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionarios atendem bem mas a estrutura deixa a desejar. Fora que os exames nunca ficam prontos. Fiz exames dia 10/05 para retirar pela internet dia 15/05. Não estavam disponiveis fui até a unidade São Miguel e a enfermeira disse que tinha que repetir o exame. Pois bem repeti meus exames e me passaram que dia 18 estariam prontos. Fui ate a unidade e não estavam. Me passaram nova data dia 20......no dia 20 dia 22......no dia 22 dia 25.....e hoje estou aqui. Adivinhem. Tenho que repetir os exames. LIXO DE LABORATORIO. NÃO VENHAM FAZER EXAMES AQUI. SÃO VÃO PERDER TEMPO E DI HEIRO.
The employees are good but the structure leaves something to be desired. Apart from that the exams are never ready. I took exams on the 10/05th to withdraw online on the 15/05th. They were not available, I went to the São Miguel unit and the nurse said I had to repeat the exam. Well, I repeated my exams and they told me that on the 18th they would be ready. I went to the unit and they weren't there. They gave me a new date on the 20th......on the 20th of the 22nd......on the 22nd of the 25th.....and today I'm here. Guess what. I have to repeat the exams. LABORATORY GARBAGE. DO NOT COME TAKE EXAMS HERE. THEY ARE GOING TO WASTE TIME AND DI HEAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei ao laboratório NASA unidade São Miguel Paulista, avenida Marechal Tito 109 as 9h50 para uma coleta de sangue deparei-me com um local sujo, desorganizado, sem senhas, sem atendimento explicito ao idoso, sem álcool na entrada, etc.... Haviam duas atendentes totalmente despreparadas, sempre com conversa paralelas, nenhum comprometimento com o paciente, muito inferior aos postinhos de saúde da alta periferia em São Paulo. No período que lá fique, 9h50 às 12h15 houveram duas brigas de pacientes (clientes) com as moças da recepção, fui atendido por MARIANA DE CASTRO, eu tive que explicar para ela como colocar a nomenclatura dos exames, um absurdo.... Na minha chegada haviam aproximadamente 15 pessoas. O local (ver fotos que anexei, por favor) totalmente abandonado, enferrujado, sujo, banheiros em situação lastimável.... E as duas atendentes nem ai com os pacientes..... conversar paralelas..... rindo e...... sEi lá....
Na hora da coleta coloca-se as fichas em uma gaveta na porta onde não era atendimento uma ordem de "colocação", a moça da coleta também sem comprometimento com o trabalho, e....No meu humilde ponto de vista, tal unidade poderia ser fechada pois RESIDE aII todos os tipos de problema que um local destinada a SAÚDE não pode ter....
LASTIMÁVEL......
(ESTOU TENTANDO AGENDAR UMA VISITA DE ORGÃOS COMPETENTES AO LOCAL, PROVAVELMENTE VÃO FECHA-LO)

During the period I was there, from 9:50 am to 12:15 pm, there were two fights between patients (clients) with the girls at the reception, I was attended by MARIANA DE CASTRO, I had to explain to her how to put the nomenclature of the exams, an absurd.... my arrival there were approximately 15 people. The place (see photos that I attached, please) totally abandoned, rusty, dirty, bathrooms in a pitiful situation.... And the two attendants don't even care with the patients..... talking in parallel..... laughing and. ..... I do not know....
At the time of collection, the cards are placed in a drawer at the door where an order of "placement" was not answered, the girl collecting the collection also without commitment to work, and.... In my humble point of view, such a unit could be closed because all kinds of problems that a place destined for HEALTH cannot have....
