★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, empurram todo tipo de procedimento desnecessário para encarecer e lucrar. NÃO TEM EMPATIA POR ANIMAIS. Meu gato ficou 5 dias com uma infecção e nenhum antibiótico ministraram. Não bastando colocaram uma sonda com um furo GIGANTE. Pedi para suturarem, já que foram eles que fizeram o furo. QUEREM COBRAR PARA APLICAR O PONTO. POR AMOR AOS SEUS ANIMAIS NÃO VÃO!!! Só iram gastar muito e solucionar o problema só depois de engordarem muito o bolso.
I don't recommend it, they push all kinds of unnecessary procedures to make it more expensive and profit. HAS NO EMPATHY FOR ANIMALS. My cat was 5 days with an infection and no antibiotics were given. Not enough, they placed a probe with a GIANT hole. I asked them to suture, since they were the ones who made the hole. THEY WANT TO CHARGE TO APPLY THE POINT. FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR ANIMALS DO NOT GO!!! They will only spend a lot and solve the problem only after they have gained a lot of weight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que o tratamento dos pets é de boa qualidade e conta com profissionais muito bem capacitados. Em compensação, se paga um alto preço para isso. Mas o que fez com que eu não gostasse foi o tempo de atendimento. Desde a nossa chegada até a saída do animal, três dias depois, foram longas esperas pelo atendimento, ultrapassando em muito os horários agendados. Precisa melhorar nesse quesito.
I believe that the treatment of pets is of good quality and has very well trained professionals. On the other hand, a high price is paid for this. But what made me not like it was the service time. From our arrival until the animal's departure, three days later, there were long waits for care, far exceeding the scheduled times. Need to improve in this regard.

Estou muito revoltada com a falta de empatia do hospital...Falaram q iriam fazer campanha para conseguir sangue pro meu cachorrinho que estava em estado grave e n fizeram absolutamente NADA, nós que fomos atrás, divulgamos e conseguimos os doadores de sangue. Infelizmente ele ñ resistiu ?? o hospital só duvulgou depois que o bichinho já tinha morrido.
Só um pouquinho da história pra vcs pensarem duas vezes antes de levarem seu animalzinho pra esse hospital:
A Dra. Emanuelle (do Pet Center de Neópolis) nos encaminhou para a clínica da Prudente para fazer uma nova ultra, alegando que a ultra feita pela Dra Luana (tbm do Pet Center) estava mal feita e que ela estava errada (Dra. Luana estava certa desde o início e nos alertou da gravidade), não quisemos acreditar e acabamos nos confortando e confiando na Emanuelle que disse q era apenas doença do carrapato. Ela foi
super negligente, sabia da gravidade da doença, viu a ultra (há 3 meses atrás) e ao invés de nos alertar que a cirurgia precisava ser feita com urgência, passou todo o tratamento da doença do carrapato e deixou esse fato gravíssimo de lado...Revoltante ver um ser inocente morrer por falta de atenção desses "profissionais"...
Além disso as recepcionistas da Prudente são super desumanas (só se preocupam com pagamento, nem olham na cara da gente, tratam como se fosse um comércio e ñ um hospital)...
Meu Léo poderia ter se recuperado se ela tivesse dado a atenção necessária e orientado a fazer a cirurgia com urgência.
O único médico que teve humanidade, nos tratou bem, foi sincero, fez os exames direitinho e nos orientou bem foi o Dr. Agrício, pena que ñ deu tempo fazer nada devido a NEGLIGÊNCIA dessa outra "dra" que falei anteriormente. Enfim, infelizmente ele ñ resistiu, não tem mais jeito, mas quis expôr para que vocês tenham mais atenção com os pacientes e tutores...Não indico a clínica pra ninguém, se um dia eu tiver outro cachorro, não levo aí nem pra tomar um banho, muito menos pra receber atendimento médico.
Ñ desejo pra ninguém passar por isso, é muito triste, nem consigo acreditar ????

I am very angry with the hospital's lack of empathy... They said they would campaign to get blood for my little dog who was in serious condition and they did absolutely NOTHING, we who went after, disseminated and got blood donors. Unfortunately he couldn't resist ?? the hospital only doubted after the pet had already died.
Just a little bit of history for you to think twice before taking your pet to this hospital:
Dr. Emanuelle (from the Pet Center in Neópolis) referred us to Prudente's clinic to have a new ultrasound, claiming that the ultrasound performed by Dr Luana (also from the Pet Center) was wrong and that she was wrong (Dr. Luana was right since the beginning and warned us of the severity), we didn't want to believe it and ended up comforting and trusting Emanuelle who said it was just a tick disease. In addition, Prudente's receptionists are super inhumane (they only care about payment, they don't even look at us, they treat us as if it were a business and not a hospital)...
My Leo could have recovered if she had given him the necessary attention and advised him to have the surgery urgently.
The only doctor who had humanity, treated us well, was sincere, performed the exams correctly and guided us well was Dr. Agrício, a pity that there was no time to do anything due to the NEGLIGENCE of this other "dra" I mentioned earlier. Anyway, unfortunately he didn't resist, there's no other way, but I wanted to expose you to have more attention with patients and tutors...
