★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja barata. Os jeans não são os melhores mas são barato. O atendimento é péssimo! Desde o caixa até tudo. Não compro mais, prefiro pagar mais e ter um atendimento maravilhoso do que pagar pouco e ser mau tratada, a loja é uma bagunça. Não gostei!
A cheap store. Jeans are not the best but they are cheap. The service is terrible! From the cashier to everything. I don't buy more, I prefer to pay more and have wonderful service than to pay little and be treated badly, the store is a mess. Did not like!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade nem estrela essa loja merece, o atendimento é péssimo! ninguém te atende e você fica rodando igual barata tonta, a loja é uma bagunça tudo revirado, as atendentes nem olham na sua cara e se você pedi algo faz de cara amarrada, o caixa então parece que está ali fazendo um favor de trabalhar porque educação e simpatia passou longe, fui fazer um troca e me virei sozinha pra procurar. ninguém se mostrou prestativo em ajudar, não compro mais nada ali e não recomendo a não ser que goste de bagunça e ser mau atendido, prefiro pagar um pouco mais e sair satisfeita do que pagar barato e não ter qualidade em atendimento e troca, não gostei. Parece que o cliente é que precisa da loja e das atendentes e não o contrario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei as calças são lindas e um preço bem acessível, mais as atendentes muito distraídas, hoje fui pela manhã assim que abriu o shopping União e fui á primeira á ser atendida provei e acabei levando duas, só tinha eu na loja e por falta de atenção me deixaram as calças com o sensor de alarme, agora cheguei em casa e vi liguei lá e a moça falou pra mim voltar lá, mais poxa eu tenho um dia cheio de compromissos preciso da calça pra amanhã e vou ter que deixar um dos meu compromisso pra voltar no shopping por causa de um erro desses? Estou realmente muito chateada pois se tivesse outros clientes na loja eu entenderia á correria mais só havia eu as 10:30 da manhã e mesmo assim ainda cometem um erro desse. Fora o constrangimento que passei ao entra em outra loja no shopping e o alarme apitar e todo mundo me olhando que vergonha! Na hora vi os olhares mais como eu não tinha nada á dever agi naturalmente mal sabia eu que o alarme teria apitado quando eu passei com o sensor achei que poderia ter sido qualquer pessoa menos eu que estava causando todo aquele barulho. Lamentável situação que passei por conta de uma falta de atenção.

Aside from the embarrassment I went through when I entered another store at the mall and the alarm beeps and everyone looking at me was ashamed! At the time I saw the looks more like I had nothing to do I acted naturally I hardly knew that the alarm would have sounded when I passed the sensor I thought it could have been anyone but me who was causing all that noise. Unfortunate situation that I went through due to a lack of attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, ganhei uma calça de presente, onde está com a etiqueta, só sem o valor e não consegui realizar a troca, e a gerente da loja de Osasco extremamente mal educada, disse que a pessoa comprou com a nota e precisava dela para troca, disse que n teria como saber se era dali, mesmo falando que a vendedora se chamava Maiara, e tinha código de barra na etiqueta e mesmo assim nada fez.
Agora vou atrás da pessoa que me deu o presente e solicitar a nota se quiser adquirir o presente.
Absurdo, fora que ficarei sabendo o valor do presente . lamentável
