★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos el tour de Ilha Grande. Nos pasan a recoger temprano a las 07:45 y pasan mucho tiempo recogiendo a la gente, de forma que llegas al destino pasado el medio dia, pierdes toda la mañana en el trayecto. Se debería mejorar eso, fijar un punto de recogida para todos y salir temprano para aprovechar mas el dia.
Nuestro autobus olía mal. El barco estaba saturado de gente porque juntan varios grupos y no hay sitio para todos, es incómodo. Las playas que se visitan satudaras, en algunos casos mal cuidadas y sucias, como la que se visita para ir a comer. El destino es bonito, está bien la idea, pero mal ejecutado. Nos fuimos con mal sabor de boca. Finalmente se llega a Copacabana pasadas las 21:00.
 We did the Ilha Grande tour. They pick us up early at 07:45 and spend a lot of time picking up people, so that you arrive at the destination after noon, you lose all morning on the way. That should be improved, set a collection point for everyone and leave early to make the most of the day.
Our bus smelled bad. The boat was crowded with people because they gather several groups and there is no room for everyone, it is uncomfortable. The beaches that are visited will be saturated, in some cases poorly maintained and dirty, like the one visited to eat. The destination is beautiful, the idea is good, but badly executed. We left with a bad taste in our mouths. Finally you arrive in Copacabana after 9:00 p.m.

Incredible agency with different adventure tourism itineraries, highly qualified and experienced guides, make your experience perfect. Great location, with Nattrip lodge, where it is possible to stay the day before the expedition for those who are going outside of Rio, very affordable price with single room where I stayed or room with bunk beds.

The recommendations here seem to be fake, because our experience was terrible. We booked the Pedra do Telegrafo tour via e-mail. My last e-mail thanked the bureau for the instructions and the meetpoint location and time. The next early morning after travelling to the meetingpoint and waiting for our guide who did not make an appearance we were finally told after several calls and emails that there was some kind of misunderstanding.
As we had only one chance to visit the route before our departure we were naive enough to arrange a tour to the next day.
We got: a guide who had never hiked the route before; midday hike with a burning sun although the meetingtime was early in the morning; several public transportation rides (some of them to the wrong direction); hours of wasted time.
If you are looking to go to Pedra do Telegrafo-you can do it by yourself. Just Uber yourself there and all the signs will guide you on the hike itself. It is not a difficult hike were you would need a babysitter.
Waste of money and mainly - time.

My instructor Thales was awesome knowledgeable of the trail and history of telegrafo. He motivated me the whole time throughout the trail took some of the best pics of me and the views with my phone.. this trail was not a easy hike ,but Thales made it so relaxing and the view from the top is worth the tight glutes lol.. i would do it all again
Book Nattrip for your next excurison and ask for Thales. He is the best hands down! You won’t regret it .

it was supposed to be our last day in rio before flyin.
An experience which promises to be great but wasted by the lack of professionalism of this company.
this is the first time that happens to me and I hope the last, in any case for them it will be the first and last time that I would give them my time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were picked up half hour later than they said, then we spent 2 hours driving around Rio picking up passengers. Would be much better if they had only a couple pick ups, north and south of Copacabana. We were told would be an English speaking guide, she had to relay information using Google translate. We were doing the trip to arraial do cabo. The boat got cancelled so we couldn't do the full tour, but that's ok, said it wasnt thier fault. The morning tea stop was awful, very bad food. We went to 3 beaches the first one was so windy and infested with red weed, it smelt so bad. Unsure why they made us stay there for 50 mins in those conditions. Went to the next beach, was beautiful, we should have skipped the first beach and just spent more time there. The tour overall was very rushed. Final beach was very beautiful, but thankfully we left lunch early, if we would have waited for the rest of the tour we would only of had 15 minutes of sun before it disappeared behind the hills. Definitely visit Arraial but do it another way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After long online research and hesitation, I decided to book a tour with Nattrip in order to hike the Pedra da Gavea in Rio. I can tell you now that it was the best decision to do because I had the most amazing day of my trip in Rio. The Gavea stone is visible from almost everywhere in Rio and I was fascinated if I could hike there to see the view of city from the top. I’m so glad I booked a tour and I didn’t go alone. It is a hard and challenging hike which requires nearly the entire day.
We met our amazing tour guide, Eduardo at 8am who briefed us about everything we needed to know for the day.
You have to make sure you have really good hiking shoes and carry at least 3L of water with you along with some snacks.
Majority of the hike is under the shades of the trees, which definitely helps a lot. The most challenging part is the Carrasqueira where you need to climb a 35m rock in order to continue the trail and reach the summit. Since we had our tour guide, he was helping us with the equipments and ropes to overcome this section successfully.
You see lot of people hiking alone and climbing this section without any equipment however I would recommend this only if you feel confident. I saw several people getting stuck and other hikers needed to help them in order to be able to continue the hike. It’s not extremely difficult but this part is under the boiling sun.
Once your reach the summit the view will compensate you with the most amazing and terrific view of Rio, I have ever seen. I couldn’t believe the beauty of this place.
After an hour, once we finished taking tons of photos (Eduardo is really good at taking the best shots) it was time to head down. We finished the tour at 4pm.
I definitely recommend Nattrip and Eduardo for this hike and you are guaranteed to have an amazing day.
