Ótimas opções e variedades preço bom dentro da média e alguns itens até mais barato e atendimento ótimo super indico para quem está com obra inclusive tive acessória deles de alguns itens pois não entendo de material e eles me tiraram muitas dúvidas esse foi um dos pontos mais positivos .

Na hora da compra eles te atende super bem, na hora da entrega é horrível, não cumprem o que prometem, sempre arrumando desculpa pelos atrasos das entregas. Não tem respeito pelo cliente, se perdem na nota fiscal, tremendo descaso com os clientes. Eu não recomendo pra ninguém

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 15/12 fechei a compra de 5m³ de cimento usinado com vendedor Silva. Ficou para entrega quarta-feira dia 22/12 no primeiro horário, no caso 8:00 da manhã. Quando liguei perto das 9:00, o vendedor me disse que o caminhão foi para uma obra em Araçoiaba, ou seja, se não ligo ninguém me avisa. Me disse que 12:00 me entregava. Liguei as 11:00 para confirmar, me disseram que não tinha previsão de entrega, passaram um telefone de um rapaz da usina, não atendia e não respondia WhatsApp. Daí sem saber o que fazer, os pedreiros, estavam na obra desde das 8:00 (um pedreiros e dois ajudantes), pagos por dia de serviço. Resolvi ligar na loja e a Marcela me atendeu, e eu disse que queria falar com o gerente da loja, não me atendeu, mas falou para funcionária que meu cimento, estava saindo da usina iria chegar as 13:15. Quando liguei as 13;30 me disseram que houve um engano e na verdade não saiu. E depois de diversas tentativas de conversa o gerente Gil me atendeu e disse que tinha dado um pau na betoneira, que iria atrasar e iria me ligar retornando com notícias. Quando foi 14:45 liguei novamente e falei com o Gil, já que não houve retorno, daí ele me ofereceu uma entrega no dia seguinte, eu disse a ele que era impossível, visto que paguei os pedreiros para hoje, ofereceu até bomba, mas disse que não tinha interesse, visto que iria ter um gasto com os pedreiros, a não ser que ele pagasse. Falou que iria resolver e me retornar, não retornou, tive que ligar novamente. E dessa vez me prometeu que o caminhão chegaria até umas 15:15. Caminhão chegou depois das 16:00 na minha casa. Fora tudo isso tenho diversos áudios e conversas no WhatsApp e diversas ligações tudo gravado. Resumindo fuja dessa loja, tem um bom preço, mas não compensa, preferiria ter pago o dobro para não ter que passar por isso. Depois por pesquisa percebi que a loja só tem reclamação. A única ressalva e sobre o Motorista do caminhão Fernando, que foi muito gente boa e ajudou bastante.

He said he would solve it and get back to me, he didn't return, I had to call again. And this time he promised me that the truck would arrive around 15:15. Truck arrived after 16:00 at my house. Besides all that, I have several audios and conversations on WhatsApp and several calls, all recorded. In short, get away from this store, it's a good price, but it's not worth it, I'd rather have paid double to not have to go through this. After researching I realized that the store only has complaints. The only caveat is about the truck driver Fernando, who was very nice and helped a lot.
