★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço da muita dor de cabeça ao cliente, internet cai muito o sinal, eles dizem que o pacote com internet e telefone é o mesmo valor e se você optar por ter o fixo fica o mesmo valor mas na verdade eles cobram o telefone a parte e auemntam com o tempo. Atendentes não explicam direito sobre taxas de cancelamento de contrato e vão te encher de ligação com cobranças e juros. Oferecem desconto na fatura através de um link mas quando você abre o aplicativo a diferença do desconto continua como fatura aberta para você pagar, OU SEJA, não tem desconto nenhum. Horrível.
 Customer service is a lot of headaches, the internet signal drops a lot, they say that the internet and telephone package is the same price and if you choose to have the landline, it is the same price, but in fact they charge the phone separately and increase with time. Attendants do not explain right about contract cancellation fees and will fill you in with charges and interest. They offer a discount on the invoice through a link, but when you open the app, the difference in the discount remains as an open invoice for you to pay, IE, there is no discount at all. Horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, porém só funciona a parte de vendas. Tudo se resolve(segundo a atendente, via 0800). Por ex:fechei um pacote combo e derao de brinde o canal Discovery, mas não consigo acesso. Ou seja *conto da carrochinha*
Good service, but only the sales part works. Everything is resolved (according to the attendant, via 0800). For ex: I closed a combo package and gave the Discovery channel as a gift, but I can't access it. In other words, *cartridge tale*

This is a review regarding NET , If you live in an area with other providers available do not hesitate to switch we moved from NYC and had never experienced so many issues for an overpriced, slow, poor internet service. Plus they don’t care about customer experience, don’t bother contacting them.
