★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui pagar com transf bancária e fiz doc ao.inves de ted. Nao me deixaram sair com minhas compras sendo que enviei o comprovante do doc. Me senti humilhada e desrespeitada. Tive que cancelar o doc e nunca mais voltarei a este lugar
 Terrible attendance. I went to pay by bank transfer and did doc to ted.inves. They wouldn't let me go out with my purchases and I sent the doc voucher. I felt humiliated and disrespected. I had to cancel the doc and never come back to this place

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD IN THE SITE, IT IS NOT A BRASTEMP BUT NORMAL. NOW I CHALLENGE ANYONE TO BUY A SIMPLE SINK TAP AND WHEN I NEED REPAIR I WANT TO SEE WHERE YOU FIND IT. I HAD TO CROSS THE WORLD, I LIVED CLOSE TO MORUMBI. WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT A FAMILY COMPANY IS A FAMILY FOUNDRY, I DON'T KNOW. THE INTERNAL FINISHING OF THE PARTS LEAVES A LOT TO BE WISHED, IT SEEMS THAT THE CASTING PROCESS MUST BE VERY EXCEEDED. WHEN FLEXIBLE AND ACCESSORIES FOR GAS, I DID NOT FIND CERTIFICATIONS. THE SITE IS A DISASTER AND I AGREE WITH ALL THAT THE WEAKNESS IS THE PHONE SERVICE BY EMAIL AND WORSE BY WHATSAPP INFORMED. I NEED TO MAKE AN INQUIRY AND I EXPLAINED THAT I AM HEARING DEFICIENT AND THEY RETURN BY PHONE. COMPLICATED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vale a pena. Pagar barato, para jogar dinheiro fora em pouco tempo. Deu problema com 15 dias e consegui trocar na loja que comprei, mas o lojista já avisou que no proximo problema eu já deveria falar com o fabricante, de certo já sabia que o produto era ruim.
Tentei contato com fabricante, mas sem resposta.
Not worth it. Pay cheap, to throw money away in no time. There was a problem with 15 days and I was able to change it at the store I bought it, but the shopkeeper already warned that in the next problem I should already talk to the manufacturer, I certainly knew that the product was bad.
Tried to contact manufacturer but no response.
