★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. O médico nem olhou pra minha filha e nem fez questão de ouvir oq eu tinha pra falar a respeito do problema dela. Não recomendo a clínica.
 Terrible attendance. The doctor didn't even look at my daughter and he didn't even want to hear what I had to say about her problem. I don't recommend the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive ai com o meu filho para uma consulta com o Neurologista. Fiquei esperando 6 horas examente isso, seis horas para ser atendido. Cheguei meio dia e meu filho foi atendido às 18 HS. Atendimento péssimo! Não recomendo pra ninguém! A falta de respeito com o próximo, a incompetência da recepcionista, do médico é imensa! Nunca fui tão mal atendida em toda a minha vida! A pior UPA que vc ja foi, atende melhor que esse lugar! NOTA ZERO!!!!!
I was there with my son for an appointment with the Neurologist. I was waiting for 6 hours exactly that, six hours to be attended. I arrived at noon and my son was attended at 18 HS. Lousy service! I don't recommend it to anyone! The lack of respect for others, the incompetence of the receptionist, of the doctor is immense! I have never been so poorly attended in my life! The worst UPA you have ever been to, serves better than this place! NOTE ZERO !!!!!

Tentei fazer por duas vezes exame Beta e eletrocefalograma do meu filho , fui super mal atendida , a enfermeira nem se quer luva usa pra medicar a criança ! Atendentes mal educados ! Médico mal educado! Não recomendo ,peço quem tem criança nunca pisar nessa clínica !
Terrible attendance !! Bad clinic! I tried twice Beta exam and eletrocefalograma my son, I was super satisfied ill, the nurse did not even glove use to medicate the child! Rude attendants! Rude doctor! I do not recommend, I ask those who have children never step on this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho de três anos teve que fazer um eletroencefalograma nessa clínica. Primeiro que eles não passaram pra mim que pra fazer o exame tem todo um procedimento antes... Só soube no dia. Como se eu tivesse obrigação de saber... O exame só foi realizado na segunda tentativa, meu filho teve que tomar sedativo e é natural que seja difícil medicar uma criança, e quem teve que fazer isso fomos eu e meu marido. No momento que o exame foi realizado, ainda tive que ouvir como deveria cuidar do meu filho pela assistente. O que devia levar na bolsa pra ele comer... Enfim, me senti desrespeitada. O neuro foi bastante atencioso e disse tudo que tinha que ser feito depois do exame realizado.

Porém a fono fiquei esperando 2h isso porque e consulta com hora marcada. Resumindo cansei de espera e nada dela chegar.. acabei desistindo logo após ficar 2h esperando nao sei se ela foi trabalhar ou não naquele dia.. perdi meu dia nem avaliação consegui fazer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica tem q atualizar o contato para realização de consulta, pq o número de contato não chama nunca , o número para contato q está disponível no plano de saúde nem chama e a ligação cai .
Fui no Google para achar o número de contato que no caso nem chama TB .
Fica difícil marcar consulta assim .
Antes de conseguir entrar em contato o atendimento que nem aconteceu já se torna péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei 250 reais para uma consulta com uma psiquiatra que não lembro o nome agora.
Fiquei esperando por longas 2h e quando fui atendida ela simplesmente me atende com muita pressa e diz que eu tenho que fazer terapia, que lá eles tem esse serviço. ? Como um psiquiatra vai avaliar e dar o medicamento correto para um cliente que ao ele não é ouvido!
Já fui atendida com outros dois psiquiatras em outras clínicas que me atenderam muito bem, diferente essa opção agora.
A psiquiatra nesse consultório recebe 250 reais por 10 minutos de consulta. ??
