★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente academia. Oferece diversas aulas coletivas e vários estilos de luta. Os professores são atenciosos e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Os aparelhos são novos e dos mais diversos tipos. O espaço é amplo e quase não se precisa disputar aparelhos com outras pessoas. Recomendo.
Excellent gym. It offers several collective classes and several fighting styles. Teachers are attentive and are always willing to help. The devices are new and of the most diverse types. The space is ample and there is almost no need to dispute devices with other people. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 estrelas por ser a melhor de Niterói, mas apresenta alguns problemas pequenos, de fácil resolução:
1- Acredito que quem elaborou a posição das esteiras e bicicletas ergométricas não tenha por hábito utilizá-las.
Apesar da vista para a Miguel de Frias, por uma ampla vidraça, absolutamente todos os aparelhos são virados para a parede, as TVs (poucas, pequenas, sem som, e em posição distante e elevada, quando não estão desligadas) não trazem alívio algum. A música na área de ergometria também é abafada e distorcida, embora alta. Acaba sendo um pouco desagradável ficar ali por muito tempo.
2- O elevador que dá acesso a academia diretamente está quase sempre com defeito, obrigando os frequentadores a subirem um pequeno lance de escadas. Isso não seria grande problema se este elevador não ficasse com defeito por meses a fio.
3- No domingo o horário não é muito bom, fica aberta por apenas 4 horas, de 9 às 13h. E fecha de fato às 13h em ponto. Às 13:01 já é esperado que você esteja do lado de fora, pois desligam tudo, mesmo com pessoas ainda no local. Se a academia funcionasse, no domingo, de 10h às 14h, acredito que poderia atender a muito mais pessoas, já que quando abre costuma estar bastante vazia, e quando fecha costuma estar bem mais movimentada.
Insisto que ainda a acho, de longe, a melhor academia de Niterói, mas é fácil tornar-se ainda melhor.
4 stars for being the best in Niterói, but it has some small problems, easy to solve:
1- I believe that whoever designed the position of treadmills and stationary bikes does not habitually use them.
Despite the view to Miguel de Frias, through a large window, absolutely all the devices are facing the wall, the TVs (few, small, without sound, and in a distant and elevated position, when they are not turned off) do not bring any relief . Music in the area of ergometry is also muffled and distorted, although loud. It ends up being a little unpleasant to stay there for a long time.
2- The elevator that gives access to the gym directly is almost always defective, forcing regulars to climb a short flight of stairs. That wouldn't be much of a problem if this elevator didn't stay defective for months on end.
3- On Sunday the schedule is not very good, it is open for only 4 hours, from 9 to 13h. And it actually closes at 1 pm sharp. At 13:01 you are already expected to be outside, as they turn everything off, even with people still in place. If the gym opened on Sunday, from 10 am to 2 pm, I believe it could serve many more people, since when it opens it is usually quite empty, and when it closes it is usually much busier.
I insist that I still think, by far, the best gym in Niterói, but it is easy to become even better.

Very good gym, incredibly large, with many professionals to help, very good equipment, very good group classes, very well organized and clean. I only missed dance classes or zumba at night, but I hope they do.
