★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei cair meu A80 dentro d'água , muitas outras assistência condenaram falando que não tinha mais concerto , levei na next e conseguiram trazer de volta , o preço justo e ótimo serviço realizado.
I dropped my A80 in the water, many other people condemned it saying that there was no concert anymore, I took it on the next one and managed to bring it back, the fair price and great service performed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma porcaria, gastei 200 reais (em dinheiro) para consertar a tela do meu LG - que só estava falhando -, trocaram o display e em 3 dias, SEM QUEDA, a tela voltou a dar problema. Quando tentei limpar para voltar a funcionar o touch, ele rachou por dentro. Usam peças de péssima qualidade e depois falaram que eu deixei cair e a garantia não cobre. Cheguei com um celular falhando e saí com um celular que não funciona mais e 200 reais a menos na minha conta. Ainda por cima colocam, de cara, que o celular está riscado e descascado (o meu não tem nem risco nem descascado) pra, se eles danificarem durante o conserto, se eximir da responsabilidade. Dou uma estrela porque não dá pra dar menos.
Crap, I spent 200 dollars (in cash) to fix the screen of my LG - which was just failing -, changed the display and in 3 days, NO FALL, the screen returned to trouble. When I tried to clean the touch to work again, it cracked inside. They use very poor quality parts and then they say I dropped it and the warranty doesn't cover. I arrived with a cell phone failing and left with a cell phone that no longer works and 200 reais less in my account. On top of that they put, right away, that the phone is scratched and peeled (mine has neither scratch nor peeled) so, if they damage during the repair, disclaim responsibility. I give a star because you can't give less.

Minha prima estava com o botado de ligar e desligar o tablet quebrado lá na Bahia e ninguém conseguiu arruma, levava em Salvador e Feira de Santana e então falavam que não tinha concerto que a peça é minúsculas etc, nesse idas e vindas de minha mãe a SP pedi que ele trouxesse que eu iria levar até esses grandes profissionais, detalhe teve concerto e foi coisa rápida, em uma hora já estava resolvido o problema.
Vivo deixando meu celular cair no chão, inclusive até a bateria já troquei e faço tudo com eles sabe pq? Pq confio no serviço e nunca tive que volta para reclamar de algo que deveria ter arrumado e não resolveu.
Ontem tive que ir até eles pq o botão do meu IPhone entrou pra dentro e sabe quanto fui cobrada ? 0,00 isso mesmo absolutamente nada. São nos mínimos detalhes que fazem a grande diferencia.

Excellent professionals, quality service .. My cousin had the power to turn the broken tablet on and off in Bahia and nobody was able to fix it, I took it in Salvador and Feira de Santana and then they said there was no concert that the piece is tiny etc, In this comings and goings of my mother to SP I asked him to bring me that I would take to these great professionals, detail had a concert and it was quick, in an hour the problem was already solved.
I keep dropping my phone on the floor, even the battery has already changed and I do everything with them, you know? Because I trust the service and I never had to go back to complain about something I should have fixed and it didn't work out.
Yesterday I had to go to them because the button on my IPhone went inside and you know how much I was charged? 0.00 that's right absolutely nothing. It is in the smallest details that make the big difference.
