★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um colchão há 2 meses e ele está deformado......acontece q este colchão foi comprado p os meus pais q são idosos já foi pedido uma visita técnica há 10 dias e até hj nada .....acontece q liguei na loja e falei com o gerente Vítor e ele falou q o prazo seria de 30 dias....então pergunto como dois idosos de + de 80 anos inclusive um deles com alzheimer pode esperar tanto tempo?ou temos q esperar ferrar a coluna de vez p solucionarem o problema......ou estão esperando acabar os 90 dias do direito do consumidor
 We bought a mattress 2 months ago and it is deformed ...... it happens that this mattress was bought for my parents who are elderly already it was requested a technical visit 10 days and until hj nothing ..... happens that I called in the store and I talked to the manager Victor and he said that the deadline would be 30 days .... so I ask how two elderly people over 80 years old, including one of them with Alzheimer's, can wait so long? p solve the problem ...... or are waiting to end the 90 days of consumer law
