★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, não é porque é um animal que não tem que dar noticias, não estou levando meu gato de graça, estou pagando e ficamos preocupados tendo em vista que se trata de um tratamento cirúrgico. Melhorem o atendimento, custa nada falar que ocorreu tudo bem e o animal está bem! Não liguei na hora do procedimento, liguei 3h depois de deixar meu gato ai pra saber se estava tudo certo. Trabalhem com mais amor e respeito aos seus clientes, assim que se conquista clientela e terá retorno positivo. Quanto ao procedimento feito, não posso avaliar pois não tenho noticias.
Horrible service, it's not because it's an animal that doesn't have to report, I'm not taking my cat for free, I'm paying and we are worried considering that it is a surgical treatment. Improve the service, it costs nothing to say that everything went well and the animal is fine! I didn't call at the time of the procedure, I called 3 hours after leaving my cat there to see if everything was ok. Work with more love and respect for your customers, as soon as you gain clientele and you will have a positive return. As for the procedure done, I cannot evaluate because I have no news.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito boa a clínica, ótimo atendimento, ela não é a mais perto da minha casa, porém com o atendimento que eles tem e cuidado compensa, já fui em outras perto da minha casa onde o atendimento foi péssimo, prejudicando muito a saúde do meu antigo cachorro.
