★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar possui muita variedade de produtos, a pessoa que atendeu meu marido foi excelente! Dei 3 estrelas só pq q pessoa que atende o telefone é muito estressada e impaciente, não é capaz de te escutar para responder uma pergunta! O preço também não é dos melhores.
The place has a lot of variety of products, the person who served my husband was excellent! I gave 3 stars only because the person who answers the phone is very stressed and impatient, not able to listen to you to answer a question! The price is not the best either.

No momento da escolha o atendimento bastante atencioso, mas no momento da retirada dos vestidos pós ajustes, foi um desastre. Aluguei dois vestidos, um azul marinho em cetim, modelo ombro a ombro, no ajuste pedi que no ombro ficasse mais justo, e ajustasse a barra, tudo simples. O outro vestido foi um verde cheio de pedrarias e costas aberta, esse ajuste também era simples, era apenas ajustar as alças e recolocar as pedrarias que estavam faltando. Simples né...
Bom para nossa surpresa o azul estava ajustado no ombro e parecia uma pense , como se tivesse uma dobra "horrível", pedi para refazer mesmo a costureira dizendo que era o modelo, como ajusta a alça na lateral do ombro? A barra estava com a costura aparecendo e as linhas soltas, já no verde, nooossa!!! nao tinha sido feito o ajuste nas alças e a barra estava embolada, foi refeito o ajuste na alça e veio parecendo duas bolas, horrível, e pior quando chegamos em casa tinham 2 alfinetes no interno do busto em ponto de machucar. NAO RECOMENDO! No momento da entrega falei da minha insatisfação e senti que nada se importaram. Faltou respeito e fidelização.

At the time of choice, the service was very attentive, but when the dresses were removed after adjustments, it was a disaster. I rented two dresses, one navy blue satin, shoulder-to-shoulder model, in the adjustment I asked that the shoulder would be tighter, and adjust the hem, everything simple. The other dress was a green full of gemstones and an open back, this adjustment was also simple, just adjust the straps and replace the missing gemstones. Simple right...
Well to our surprise the blue was adjusted on the shoulder and it looked like a think, as if it had a "horrible" fold, I asked the seamstress to redo it even saying it was the model, how do you adjust the strap on the side of the shoulder? The hem had the seam showing and the loose lines, already in green, nooossa!!! the straps had not been adjusted and the hem was tangled up, the strap was adjusted again and it looked like two balls, horrible, and worse when we got home there were 2 pins inside the bust at the point of injury. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Upon delivery, I spoke of my dissatisfaction and felt that they cared nothing. Respect and loyalty were lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um traje em 2020, porém por conta da pandemia o meu evento correu 2 anos após o aluguel. Quando finalmente chegou o evento o traje que me foi oferecido estava caindo aos pedaços, o tecido bufento e sem cor, a custara estava mal feita e visível, além de furos no traje.
Ao reclamar com um dos vendedores o que foi me dito é que são roupas de aluguel e da forma mais debochada e sem respeito.
Tive a chance de ter um traje melhor por conta da minha reclamação, se não fosse isso teria ido vestido de trapo pra o meu evento.
Não volto mais e não indico.
I rented a costume in 2020, but because of the pandemic, my event ran 2 years after the rent. When the event finally arrived, the costume I was offered was falling apart, the fabric puffy and colorless, the costa was poorly made and visible, as well as holes in the costume.
When complaining to one of the sellers, what I was told is that they are rental clothes and in the most mocking and disrespectful way.
I had the chance to have a better outfit because of my complaint, if it wasn't for that I would have gone dressed in rags for my event.
I won't be back and won't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui madrinha de casamento e fui direto alugar nessa loja, pois, eu já conhecia a loja e a do meu casamento foi lá. Porém a qualidade do atendimento, qualidade dos vestidos está péssima! Você fala bom dia as pessoas não respondem! Inclusive o moço da recepção. Alguei um vestido por R$650 reais!!!! Na prova disseram q iam revisar o vestido e arrumar quando busquei o vestido adivinhem? Tule com furos, muitos detalhes do vestido sem. O terno do meu marido, mesmo fazendo a prova ficou com as calças curtas. E não para por ai. Meu primo não ajustaram, meu sogro o terno veio engordurado! Gente LOUCURA! Quando fui devolver a funcionário ficou bravo pois a roupa do meu filho (que foi a única que não tievemos problemas) estava suja. HAHAHA é pra rir né? PÈSSIMO atendimento! Uma pena não ter um gerente ou dono atento a esses detalhes. A loja é super conhecida e agora esta ficando conhecida pela péssima qualidade de produtos. Vi no reclame aqui q eles não respondem uma pena! Hoje o meu digital atrapalha e ajuda muito as empresas. NUNCA MAIS.
I was a maid of honor and went straight to rent it at this store, because I already knew the store and the one for my wedding was there. But the quality of service, quality of dresses is terrible! You say good morning people don't respond! Including the receptionist. I bought a dress for R$650 reais!!!! When I went to return it, the employee was angry because my son's clothes (which were the only ones we didn't have problems with) were dirty. HAHAHA it's for laughing right? Terrible attendance! A pity not to have a manager or owner attentive to these details. The store is very well known and is now becoming known for the poor quality of products. I saw in the advertisement here that they don't answer a pity! Today my digital gets in the way and helps companies a lot. NEVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não merece estrela nenhuma, mas para conseguir publicar a avaliação somos obrigados a dar pelo menos 1. Péssimo atendimento. Locação cara e no último casamento que tive aluguei um vestido que precisava de pequenos ajustes. Quando fui buscar o vestido na data solicitada (dia do casamento) o ajuste não tinha sido feito, o tule estava rasgado, as pedrarias faltando e as que tinham colocado estavam diferentes e colocadas de qualquer jeito. Quando reclamei com a assessora que me atendeu no dia da prova ela tentou me convencer que estava ótimo e deu o que fazer para convencê-la de arrumar da forma como eu queria, porque não tinha outra opção. Fiquei horas lá esperando ficar pronto e ainda sim não ficou como eu pedi. Minha mãe que ficou costurando correndo o que faltava para que eu não perdesse o casamento. Eu disse à ela que ela teria que me devolver metade do valor da locação, já paga integral no dia da prova, porque não tinham deixado como ao combinado e minha mãe ainda teve que terminar de costurar o que faltou. Só devolveram depois que falei com o gerente e porque ameacei entrar com processo no Procon. Nunca mais aluguei nada neste lugar e não recomendo.

Expensive lease and at the last wedding I had I rented a dress that needed minor adjustments. When I went to pick up the dress on the requested date (wedding day) the adjustment had not been made, the tulle was torn, the rhinestones were missing and the ones that had been placed were different and placed in any way. When I complained to the advisor who saw me on the day of the test, she tried to convince me that it was great and gave what I could to convince her to arrange it the way I wanted, because I had no other option. I spent hours there waiting for it to be ready and it still didn't turn out as I asked. My mother who was running sewing what was missing so that I wouldn't miss the wedding. I told her that she would have to give me back half of the rent, already paid in full on the day of the test, because they hadn't left it as agreed and my mother still had to finish sewing what was missing. They only returned it after I spoke to the manager and because I threatened to file a lawsuit with Procon. I have never rented anything from this place again and I do not recommend it.
